Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur Hotel

I always stay in Grand Millenium when I visit KL, mainly for the location and the nice rooms for the price. The biggest downfall is the cost of internet usage and lack of wi-fi in the rooms. 60RM for one days internet usage is excessive when most places nowdays supply it for free. Other than this, Grand Millenium is a great place to stay and location is key.

Very convenient location in Bukit Bintang. Next doow to Pavillion Shopping Centre and only about 10 min walk to Low Yat PLaza (Techo nerd heaven)

Great location! Our flight was delayed a day, and still they were there to meet us as planned. Generally speaking a great place to stay. A little gripe would be that they did not replenish supplies in room on daily basis. We had to ask each time we needed something. Service was a little slow at times, however, overall our stay was enjoyable. Staff were very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay very much - the hotel was great and the service and staff couldn't do enough for us. The location was perfect. After checking out at midday we had 8 hours before going to the airport and after some more shopping, the staff at the spa were happy for us use the facilities where we enjoyed a massage, sauna/spa and relaxed in a area with tea and lounges before being picked up to go to the airport.

We found the Grand Millenium to be excellent and the location could not be better. The service provided by staff was amazing (special mention to Zam - my coffee man for breakfast). Minor issues regarding internet connection and a faulty light were attended to within minutes. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had came across in 6 weeks of travel in Europe, and there was a pillow to suit each of us. A late checkout was no issue and we could use the pool and facilities after checking out as we had a few hours to wait for our flight. The doorman arranged a taxi to the airport at the same cost of catching a taxi to KL Sentral and then the train (90RM) Whilst our bathroom (Room 1321) is getting a little tired and in need of a rejuvention it was not an issue to cause concern. I have no concerns about recommending the Grand Millenium

The stay was pleasant. However, there are no wifi in the room. the charges for daily LAN internet service is RM69 per day which is a bit on the high side. Otherwise, the location is awesome. If the room includes breakfast will be perfect!

Aside of bad/poor services & some dirty blanckets, everything was wounderful.

State of the room was good and clean.It's a hotel which is worth the money but the check in leaves much to be desired.Check in was slow and dis organised.i arrived in the hotel at 1pm and was aksed to return 11/2 hours later to check into the room. Perhaps more could be done as the number of guests arriving on a particular day has been anticipated and the hotel should make arrangements.

Excellent location next to the Pavilion Shopping Centre. Convenient to all others in Bukit Bintang. Hotel fitout is showing its age, but generally OK. Despite what it says in the guide, the health club doesnt open at 6 am. Also, health club facilities are segregated.

Uncomplicated and always helpfull services. Excellent buffet breakfast. Confortable room. Well located close to major shopping mall. Free WiFi unfortunately not available in the room, only within the lobby. The rooms were already prepaid but not fully finalised between xxxxxxxxx and the hotel.

Superb environment and staff was attentive to every detail.

This is a wonderful hotel. The location can not get any better. Smack bang in the middle of Bukit bintang shopping district, Close to all major shopping areas and good food courts. The hop on hop off bus tour stop is across the road from it is also quite convenient. It is a good way to get acquainted with KL early in the holiday stay. Friendly staff and efficient service. Reasonably priced. I would love to stay there again

Nice Hotel to stay in close to main shopping centre and transport and close to twin towers, food is great, room size just average not worth it to up grate to Executive club as no much extra worth it.

Pleasent stay, good service, good location.

The hotel is perfect position and has all you would need plus being next door to The New Pavillion Shopping Mall and resteraunts.The rooms are spacious and comfortable and staff are very helpful, would happily recommennd this hotel

Excellant value for money in a great part of town.

It's well-located and accessible, just stone's throw to the Pavilion Shopping Mall and about 10mins walk from KLCC (Twin Towers). The drawback was the hostile service during check-in. The lady who served us was hostile and unfriendly. And it didn't help that it was 5pm when we arrived however our room still wasn't ready by then, although check-in time stated was 2pm. When we asked if we could checked out 2 hours later the next day, it was just a straight "No." Perhaps we were just unlucky, but apart from service, the hotel's good in everything else.

A very convenient position - right beside the major shopping area. For the position, service and quality of the establishment, the pricing is very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and keen to help. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of quality foods and this is the only hotel I would stay in when in KL in the future!

Service I give average is because when we request for room clean up when we leave the hotel, however when we get back after few hours of outing we are disappionted that the room is not clean up and they do the cleaning while we are in the room.
