"The wash basin is positioned too close to the tap, also behind the basin, there is a space sometimes it is overlooked in not being cleaned.
The toilet should always have a second toilet paper roll.
The television when it is turned on there is a loud sound coming from the bathroom- this is in Rm 1402.
it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Also the smell not fresh smell of the rooms, the outer areas were fine, but The Westin have a room diffuser placed around on the floors and it gives a good scent, and it would be highly recommended that you would do something like that to enhance, your hotel.
Your staff are very hospitable, work very good as teamwork, especially Ms Meow at Reception and Ms Som and Mr Big at Concierge - they need to be applauded for their true helpfulness during the many stays this past month.

"The hotel is new(early Nov'07), hence some of the facilities were not yet open eg the spa. The rooms were very nice, as good as the Conrad, however TV reception was not perfect. Staff could not do enough for us. Skytrain & underground both walking distance, great for access to markets." - Anonymous

"The Hotel was amazing.
Layed out well and designed in a modern elegant design.
The staff were very helpful and friendly but when we needed a early breakfast due to a early flight, the only thing they could provide was a box with a bread roll and small salad when we had paid for a buffet breakfast.
The pool is very small but the gym facilty was immaculate and large.
The bar and restaurant was over priced but it was to be expected with such elegant facilities.
The rooms itself were beautiful, water in the showers was constantly going hot and cold but we weren't complaining with such a nice room.
because its only a new hotel, little things like that were getting fixed.
The location is in the centre of the city, about 10 minutes from the big shopping centres and 30 mintues from the river with all the tourist activities.
Easy access to the skytrain across the road too.
Overall we had a great stay and were pretty impressed.
