We were there for 2 nights , overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly, speaks well and the facilites were top rate, especially the spa and gym. This is quite a typical business hotel, you will not get the 'home' feeling of a studio apartment type or a boutique hotel that are available at much lower cost and with more space eg: kitchen and sofa set. So it really depends on what you like for a holiday. I've travelled for both business and leisure reasons, Bangkok is a chilled out place for me, so i would go back to a studio or boutique so that I wont be reminded of work.
Stayed in club room. Service was great and room was comfortable.
Fantastic value for money. Short walk from subway and skytrain station. Staff very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely stay here should I visit Bangkok again.
Great hotel. Stay there every time we are in Bangkok. Club rooms and facilities excellent.
This is a lovely hotel, we got a great offer and stayed in an executive room that included express check-in and full use of the executive lounge which enables you to help yourself to free delicious snacks and beverages including cocktails. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The glass sided bathroom is novel and fine for couples but not sure it would suit everyone, especially if you had teenage children sharing your room. Breakfast in the main dining room was fabulous, choice endless and one of the best I have had. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and I will defiantly stay here again on my next visit. The sky train is a 2 minute walk away so very convenient for getting around.
I would have to say one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I stay in a lot. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. The facilities were fantastic. Close to trains, and therefore most of Bangkok. Would recommend to anyone
Nice room and very pleasant staff.
Great service! Some minus points for the breakfast. Ordered breakfast via room service, but it came 40 min late and some of the orders were wrong, made a complaint about it to the front desk, but didn't get any feedback on my complaint. A 5 star hotel should be able to deliver breakfast at the correct time and give me the food that I've ordered.
This is the best hotel i always stay when i m in bangkok.....big room, everything you have it in the room...service is fantastic...Is a place you should book when you are in bangkok....Love it man
nice place to spend holidays.
Room prices were good - everything else was very expensive particularly for a family stay. We couldn't really afford breakfast for us all at the hotel and there was nothing else close by for the children. Transport organised by the hotel to/from the airport was particularly costly.
Beautiful hotel, however, pool is tiny with only room for about 10 guests and the restaurant and internet prices are VERY expensive for Bangkok
Great hotel with wonderful staff. Recommend executive club rooms and lounge. Swimming pool little disappointing, great gym
Great hotel, service very good and rooms very impressive. Location is great and very central.
Very comfortable hotel in prime spot for Soi Cowboy!
Top hotel in top location, fantastic room and facilities within the room, awesome bed and excellent bathroom! Probably the best hotel ive stayed in however in hindsight, so it should be for what we paid. Would def go back there again...
The Grand Millennium is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. The rooms, staff, gym, spa are great. I love the coffee shop on the ground floor. Location is also very good. Everything there is excellent except for one male concierge that has a little snooty attitude. But that is easily avoided. Just deal with the ladies that work there and they are all a joy and will go the extra mile for you. I have stayed there three times and will be back again.
This hotel is the best hotel i ever stay.....everything is super.....you name it they have it..... This is what i call a real 5 star hotel... I will stay there again when i m back
What a fantastic hotel with the best staff. I've stayed at the Landmark, Westin & Sheraton Grand on Sukhumvit but I have to say that my stay at the Grand Millenium was better than at the other hotels. The staff all very polite and the service was 1st class. Well done Grand Millenium. Highly recommended.
The hotel is in a good location near the Sky Train and the staff were very helpful. The bar etc is very expensive
