"Being described as a 4 star hotel, my expectations where high. The first disappointment was, when we walked into a nice room with the bed, the floor and the bath being filthy. Brochures around the place were only available in russian (?!), the concierge promised services not being available, most taxi drivers had no idea where the place was (unless you gave them the street name), the final payment was only to be payed in local currency with a bad hotel-exchange rate. Breakfast was below standard for a 4 star hotel. Overall a dissapointing experience......" - Bettina McIntyre


"The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport which was welcome as we arrived at 7am. (email them with details beforehand) Although they could not guarantee a room would be ready we didn't have to wait too long. The room itself was a decent size and clean. As the location is a little out of the way, they offer a shuttle service to the major areas, though times are a little restricted. The nearest railway and subway station is Al Riqqa Station, at 0.6 kms from the hotel. The taxi fare to there is approximately AED 4; the limo fare AED 25.
Check-in Procedure: Its adviced that the guest brings the voucher, printed confirmation email etc at the time of check-IN for a smoother, fast process.
Car parking: We have an underground car parking space for around 50 cars and dedicated valet service for our guests' convenience, with 24-hour security. This service is free of charge.
Child Policy: Children up to six years old can stay free of charge. Between the age of 6-12, children can stay for half the price in the existing bedding. Our hotel doesn't provide a baby cot or crib.
