Getting there:We offer complimentary transport service to/from Dubai International Airport, on request. You can choose to take a taxi for AED 10; the limo fare is AED 100. We have a complimentary daily shuttle service to shopping centers, beaches and exhibition centers during Gitex, ATM, Big 5 and Index. The nearest railway and subway station is Al Riqqa Station, at 0.6 kms from the hotel. The taxi fare to there is approximately AED 4; the limo fare AED 25.
Check-in Procedure:Its adviced that the guest brings the voucher, printed confirmation email etc at the time of check-IN for a smoother, fast process.
Car parking:We have an underground car parking space for around 50 cars and dedicated valet service for our guests' convenience, with 24-hour security. This service is free of charge.
Child Policy:Children up to six years old can stay free of charge. Between the age of 6-12, children can stay for half the price in the existing bedding. Our hotel doesn't provide a baby cot or crib.
The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport which was welcome as we arrived at 7am. (email them with details beforehand) Although they could not guarantee a room would be ready we didn't have to wait too long. The room itself was a decent size and clean. As the location is a little out of the way, they offer a shuttle service to the major areas, though times are a little restricted. Most staff were helpful were friendly and helpful.

It is good hotel. It is good for people who wants to stay only for relaxing and wants to spend thier day for shopping in Dubai
We found our(deluxe) room on the 4th floor to be large and comfortable. We booked at short notice and were happy with the the accommodation and because we had recently been in Dubai, the location wasn't a major problem for us because the weather in early December is quite mild and comfortable for walking. Although the breakfast is limited,it was fresh and adequate. The complimentary shuttle bus to the airport is a bonus.
Ok hotel, but definitely NOT 4-star hotel! Night club in the basement and on the roof top, which plays music every night - we stayed at 6th floor, but was still able to hear it. Free parking in basement, ok breakfast, ok rooms. We would stay there again, but only if the price is OK compared to other Dubai Hotels...
Initial visit checkin staff were excellent providing friendly superior service. Repeat visit checkin staff not as friendly hence disappointing. Other services including restaurant were good and lots of staff to assist. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

From the exterior of the hotel, I was a little doubtful. However, inside the hotel was really great! I enjoyed it very much.
well located small friendly hotel, perfect for transit stayovers
The room was 40+m2 in size (nice & large), well decorated & furnished. This made up for the lack of in-room Internet & the gym that was closed and at any rate normally only open till 6pm. The area was central enough, and the underground parking was a plus

Not as flash as we expected, but pleasant staff and they let us check in very early.
It was pleasurable staying in this hotel. The only problem I found was that, since I was staying at the 7th floor, I could hear the chairs being moved around in the restaurant, on the higher floor, which was directly located above my room. I also could hear the rythm and the base sound of the sound system, which was a bit disturbing. Otherwise, staff and the place is good. Only if they could improve on these matters.....
Nightclub downstairs is very nosiy at night. Make sure you get a room on one of the higher floors. Despite booking a double was given a twin room with very small single beds with very uncomfortable pillows. Apart from that the rooms are big and clean and the price very good for Dubai.
Found the staff to be very friendly and able to assist with providing information on activities (i.e. golf in this case), more than happy to store my luggage, and assist with airport transfers. Breakfast was good, room (upgraded) was great.
I was very mazied with the level of service, focus, support and understading i got from the Hotel and it's services, it just showed me that they were very well trained and organized people, for sure i'll use them again and i'll book them thru you site only.
extremly friendly staff automatic upgrade to a king size bed close to most things espeically if you like walking...would highly reccommend this hotel.
