Grand Palace Hotel Tokyo

The staff are very helpful and responsive for our needs. Location is excellent with subway connections from two stations within walking distances. Close to Palace garden and Budokan hall for morning walk/stroll.

The price for the 3rd person should be calculated differently rather than using the 2-person rate divided by 2 and multiplied by 3. The reason is that the 3rd person does not get an ordinary full size bed; it's only a sofa bed of less comfortness. Also, the room space has been dramatically reduced due to the layout of the sofa bed, lessening the comfortness level.

Location is very good, just near the Imperial Palace and a lot of beautiful places where you can visit at in all walking distance. Service was excellent and pleasant staff there. My family and I were fully enjoyed to stay there.

This was our third time at the Grand Palace. It's a very good hotel and well-located. We've never had reason for complaint and we'll definitely stay there again.

A nice hotel with larger rooms, compared to Ginza area. Located close to 3 subway lines. Access to airport by direct bus or via Tokyo or Ueno station. Some nice smaller restaurants in the area, plus Starbucks and other cafes. Access to major centres in 15-20 min.

Good Tokyo Hotel with many small conveient shops close by. Subway was near. Rooms were a good size with new TV. Bathroom good size. Would stay again.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good area - not too noisy and congested but close to all facilities.

A western style hotel - well located. However they didn't meet non smoking needs. Room smelled of smokers.

As with all first rate hotels in Tokyo service, cleanliness are hard to beat. This hotel provided our family with a 'one room occupancy option' which is extremely rare in Japan let alone Tokyo. Solid , convenient and fairly good value for per night stay.
