"A fabulous 10 night stay -we asked for an upgrade with a balcony and within 10 minutes we were given this. Staff were very polite and made every effort to accommodate needs.
Drinks are $10AUD for cocktails. Happy hour 20% off at 5pm- beer and wine buy one get one free.
Breakfast was excellent. Coco Bananas cafe offered great snacks at good prices ($10 AUD). Nightly, themed buffets at night in restaurant, however, we did n-markets.
Rooms are comfortable and housekeeping very good. The decor is maintained and is good quality given the age of the hotel. Don't expect brand new, but don't expect to be disappointed.
Day Spa is sensational and not as cheap as outside operators. The service, decor and quality is good.
Night markets are right outside the hotel at night.

"Location is central to the town of Batu Ferringhi so it's ideal for night shopping and gifts. Food stalls are also very easily accessible from this hotel. Fine dining is also within walking distance. Amenities are within reach. Live performance, coffee, cigars and gifts shops. Pool area is adjacent to the beach and all facilities found.
