"Very small bedroom and no aircinditioning so even on a midly warm day the rooms warmed up. They did leave a standing fan in the room which fixed that up. Always clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
They do have free laundry facilities in trhe basement for guests, but this is a large hotel and the 4 washers and dryers were normal household size and always people would leave their stuff in and then go, which meant you were always waiting for them to come back to take their stuff out.
The hotel would provide a better service by providing commerical size washers and dryers - I'd rather pay a pound and use them than have to wait around." - Daniel Vaughan
