We spend 4 nights in this very well located hotel and will definetely come back again!
Fantastic hotel. We will go back next year:-)
Unfortunately we had a ground floor apartment and the outside noise was terrible. The windows are thin and allows noise and a breeze through into room. Room was clean and quite large. Would only stay here again if high level apartment on the opposite side to reception. Bayswater is a lovely convenient area for restaurants and services.
Cosy, comfortable room. Great position. Would stay again.
Suitable for tight budget travellers. The hotel's location is very good and lots of restaurants and supermarkets around there. But the room size is very small. I originally booked `Exective double room` for my family (2adults, 2 year old daughter) though, had to change to a triple room in the end. Ovarall this hotel was okay, but I personally prefer [other hotel] in Piccadilly.
The rooms can be a bit small (i stayed in 2 different room types, the triple executive, great room, and the double executive a bit small) and the access to some of the rooms a bit tight, down narrow corridors, but the overall location and facilities of the hotel were perfect for us (travelling with a 2yr old) and would definitely stay there again.
Nice apartments and staff very friendly and helpful. Really close to Hyde Park as well as a shopping area which includes a small shopping centre, tesco, boots, post office and many more. Also many restaurants to select from. Will stay here again when in London!!!
Great price & love the location.
Happy to refer others to this hotel but would suggest they seek apartments that are above ground level.
Very small bedroom and no aircinditioning so even on a midly warm day the rooms warmed up. They did leave a standing fan in the room which fixed that up. Always clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They do have free laundry facilities in trhe basement for guests, but this is a large hotel and the 4 washers and dryers were normal household size and always people would leave their stuff in and then go, which meant you were always waiting for them to come back to take their stuff out. The hotel would provide a better service by providing commerical size washers and dryers - I'd rather pay a pound and use them than have to wait around.
The room I reversed hadn't been cleaned when I arrived (it was just after the check-in time, though). The room smelt of smoke. Apart from these negatives, I was very pleased - good price, good location, and the room was better than I expected...though now I think of it, I couldn't stand up in the shower properly because it was at the edge of a curved roof.
We really enjoyed these apartments - good location, fair price and the facilities. Although the staff were helpful they were not quite on the ball. Would stay here again.
Good location close to Bayswater Tube. First room on fourth floor rather compact but moved to more spacious room. Facilities and breakfast fine; staff generally helpful.
good value for London hotel,m/wave fridge etc and also laundry available for use (no charge ! ) Not far from tube, shops etc, would definately stay there again
Best value for this spacious apartment. Very clean and quiet. Only critizen is the front office girls are so badly trained ,hardly understand English nor know how to help the guests. Well in all , it is a very nice accommodation.
enjoyed extra space of studio room. well located and very clean
Newly refurbished, clean spacy rooms. I stayed at a suite apartment, it was five times bigger than an average single London hotel room. Very good value for the price, close to Bayswater tube station. I would stay at this hotel again next time I go to London.
Recently stayed at this apartment hotel and was extremely pleased with everything from location to helpfulness of staff. Would definately recommend & will stay again.
