"Hotel room was small but well appointed with a pleasant bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Location is not great, there are very few restaurants nearby and the hotel does not serve dinner. The metro is 500 meters away and bus service is excellent too. No major attractions are easy walking distance." - David SINCLAIR
"hotel has just been refurbished and the upper 3 floors were opened the day we stayed. there were a few problems with the doors and check-in but I'm confident these will be resolved quickly. The room was modern and nicely furnished but VERY small. All in all we enjoyed our stay." - Anonymous
"On arrival you think you are booking into a London Edwardian townhouse hotel - and the foyer is that combination of cosy and grand that would give you that impression. The rooms are modern hotel rooms of the Anyhotel in Anytown variety - mine had a window you would need to stand on a chair to see out of and I'm 5'11. The (not so large) bed filled almost the entire room. Small hotel rooms are a London phenomenon but aside from the facade you'd be just as well off in a run-of-the-mill chain. Service was woeful." - Brian Fitzpatrick
"I am not sure I have ever had the displeasure to stay in such a small room anywhere in the world for the price: there was no room for a suitcase and a person at the same time. One has to put the suitcase on the bed to access it, and then putting it on the floor (only on its side) takes up one side of the room. I guess this is reasonable in an old building, and might be expected.
Breakfast was very good, and the service was mostly great." - Glenn Crannage
