"Well situated near Chow Kit monorail station for easy access to centre (3stops). Rooms are reasonably large and while a bit worn around the edges its one of nthe best places in noisy KL for a quiet rest. Breakfast is plentiful but as in most Asian hotels they have no idea of a 'healthy' western breakfast apart from cornflakes, meat+eggs!" - Anonymous
"We can easily recommend these hotel to our friends. Spacious rooms and personnel are accommodating. Really a place to stay." - Anonymous
"Nice hotel but reception really need to learn how to speak english properly. we had so many problems with the check in all because they couldnt spell our names properly and locate our booking. we were told that the internet company we booked and paid under weren't registered with the hotel and they told us we had to get hold of our credit card company to get our money back!! some staff were extremely rude (the lady with short short hair in particular.) all in all it is a nice hotel and worth the money. breakfast is also good. but the staff made it an unpleasant stay for us! "Centrally located but in a quieter area near ChowKit monorail station, 5min walk. Upper floors have panoramic views to mountains and city towers. Large room, fridge, big bathroom with soaps etc. Average buffet breakfast, not much choice for "western" breakfast (do we all eat Cocopops?) but enough fresh fruit and wide range of hot foods. Value for money." - Anonymous
