It was great, except the cleanliness of the room. I found some cockcroach in the room. But except that, everything worth the value.

Generally everything is great, the price worth the value. The only one cons is the cleanliness of the room. It is horrible, I found cockcroch in the room .

It was ok, the location was not as good as I expected.

Neat and decent stay. Does the job handsomely.

very nice hotel. great room. great amenities. buffet breakfast was fantastic. great location close to chow kit mrt station. easy to find and well known by taxi drivers. i would definitely stay here again

Its one of my favorite hotels in Malaysia. I frequently travel to Malaysia and am staying in this hotel since 2002. Facilities are good and rates reasonable. Best part is that I get Indian food there 24 hrs and that too at a very reasonable price. Seasons Crest Room is value for money.

Hotel venue is very good. easy access with just a five minutes walk from Chow Kit Train station. Hotel staff are efficient and courteous. Recommended to all. :-)

The Grand Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur was a reasonable place to stay. The hotel is centrally located and the food served in its restaurant was good. The rooms were generally neat but at the time we stayed, there was an infestation of cockroaches. I hope this issue is rectified in the near future.

A dowdy old hotel with v friendly staff

We were spending 2 nights in Grand Seasons Hotel KL 2 nights, all of us were very happy with the hotel facility and hospitality of all hotel employee. I would like to stay again and recommend the other to go for this hotel.

Its a very good hotel specially for Indian vegetarians as they can get food very easily at a very reasonable price.

Very thin walls. Not all plug sockets worked. Toilet leaked. Overall though, considering the price, I was happy with the stay.

The main advantage of the hotel is its quiet location at Chow Kit and a few monorail stops form Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is fine. The hotel is spacious and creates a relaxed feel. Major issue with most rooms having interconnecting doors, so the noise can be continual. Complaint to management was dealt with promptly. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor. People (mostly Indians) arrive at all hours of the early morning and have loud conversations with no regard for sleeping guests. Pricing is good for close to the city centre. Local food is nearby if you want to immerse in the culture.

Great hotel at a great price. Staff were friendly and There's not much hassle to check in and chek out. Definitely will stay at the same hotel for my next visit.

Very attentive and god staff and lovely food and great buffets at reasonable prices. Rooms could do with a refurbishment but everything works perfectly well and the rooms are clean and tidy. Right next to monorail station "Chow Kit" for easy transportation. Great view of KL from room! In short very well run and friendly hotel, good for families with children.

I like the location, close to monorail and a variety of local places. I liked the pricing. Oh, the pool is marvelous. It is beyond imagination.

Over all is good!

I would consider this a 3star rather than a 4star hotel.

Got a stay 3 nights 1 night free offer during my stay. Overall is satisfied with the facilities (with free WIFI access in the room) which have more or less make up for the location disadvantage.
