Grand Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok Managed By Accor

Nice hotel, Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was below average for both Western and Thai food, but I have found this to be normal in Bangkok on my many visits. Very nice room. Would stay again

This hotel is not in the centre of town to get there you would need to take a train, but for a short stay it was certainly a very nice hotel.

Location too far from main road. Road leading to hotel deserted and not brightly lit, which is a security concern.

This is so call a five stars hotel....but you will sure be very disappointed that a five star hotel should be......the room is so disappointed.... Although is 5 star i think they should make it more grand for the lobby... The room is with laminated flooring, the bath is without things like toothbrush..etc... If you ask me will i stay there again...i would say nope thanks

Expencive breakfast and internet. Average rooms, more like a 3 og 4 star hotel. Good fitness, average pool. Slow traffic around hotel.

all in all good value at the time. The location is convenient, with the Sukhumvit and the metro station being easily reachable on foot, minus the noise of actually living there.

Very good value for money. The room was excellent, fully equipped with microwave oven and cooker too.

A very nice hotel, very clean and big rooms. Front desk was very courtious and helpful. Only thing lacking is the location, it's located in an alley and not many taxi drivers know the location to this Hotel, otherwise a nice Hotel, only 5 mins walk to main street.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst travelling down to New Zealand, hotel was excellent, only fault was that it did not have 'Free Internet Access', although it was freely available locally. Service and other facilities were very good. I was travelling alone and without any prompting I had my room upgraded to a luxurious suite. Only a short walk through the back streets to the rail network and main street, some excellent restaurants near by.

Will definitely stay at the same hotel when we return to Bangkok next time. It made our stay more pleasant. The staff, the restaurant and bakery employees were very hospitable. Highly recommended!!!
