"disappointed in the gym area, no-one could speak english to provide assistance with machines etc., no staff to advise on anything, made it extremely difficult and spoilt the stay at the hotel. some staff were actually rude. The spa was advertised as being open 24 hours but when we went to use it we were told it wasn't open until 12 noon. Some staff however were extremely helpful, particularly John on the concierge desk and Steven who seemed to work in several areas, they made our stay very pleasant." - David Clarson
