The location of the hotel is excellent. It's less than five minutes walk to the nearest train station and fifteen minutes walk to the nearest mall.

Conveniently located, within walking distance to various shopping malls including Central World, Zen, etc. Facilities are excellent, gym, sauna (dry and wet), jacuzzi, playing room for kids, swimming pool (reasonable size but water a bit cold even during mid day). The only comment is limited choice for breakfast. Will definitely recommend a stay there.

Great price for a serviced appartment with all the luxuries and confort you can ask for. Only 1 little problem: the swimming pool water was a bit too cold and there was separate (between men and women) sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, I would have liked to enjoy it together with my wife... Overall a fantastic experience, could not find the same price on offer anymore though...

No complaints! Very good hotel. Would like to stay there again. The breakfast buffét was very good. Maybe more seating was needed there. Seems to be popular among chinese tourists.

The hotel is located behid Four Season Hotel and is walking distance to Four face Budha temple and most major shopping Mall. Will come back for sure. Only the Buffet Breakfast need more varieties.

The view from my room's window is excellent. The room rate is including buffet breakfast for about US$100.00. I will definitly stay in this hotel again for my next visit.

Very good place to stay, staff polite and helpful my only reservation was coffee4 shop/restaurant where the food I ordered was not available and my second choice dish was served cold and had obviously been standing for some time.

The location is so convenience and walking distance to Erawan and also the BTS. The buffet breakfast had many varieties and lots of choice for breads.To go Siam Paragon by BTS is only one stop/ station and if by taxi is only 10 min even with Bangkok traffic. I will recommend my friends to stay there in Bangkok.

This is an excellent place to stay and we'll certainly try to again when we're next in BKK. The staff are great, the pool area is fantastic with comfortable recliners & sofas. Breakfasts are really good. The cafe/restaurant on the ground floor is good too with a wide choice of not overpriced food. The room we had 2720 is of a good size, clean, has everything you need especially a comfortable bed.

I've stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and this is the BEST hotel i've ever stayed. The hotel is fantastic except when you request for housekeeping it is abit slow. Overall it is real good and I will sure to choose this hotel on my next visit to Bangkok.

This is a first class hotel, the hotel is walking distance to the Central World Shopping Area. The facilities are that of a 5 Star Hotel. Grande Suite Rooms feature large bedroom, living room, kitchen with washer/dryer, definitely recommend.

I was amazed at how good this hotel is. It's located between the Grand Hyatt and the Four Seasons, close to skytrain stations on both lines. We were on the 41st floor, with amazing views across the skyline through huge almost floor to ceiling windows. The extra $5 was well worth it for a suite. The bathroom was bigger than my bedroom at home. The pool was beautiful, the only thing was that it doesn't get any sun, and also on the pool level is the gym, a guest lounge and guest reading room both beautifully appointed as well as 2 childrens playrooms. The only negatives were the breakfast buffet which can only be described as average, and I asked for milk for tea in the room and they wanted to charge for a glass of milk. We discovered on our last day there is a convenience store in the basement carpark of the peninsula next door. What was strange was you get a fully equipped kitchen but no plates? I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully furnished. Close to a large shopping complex. Staff charming and helpful. A refreshing change to some of the overpriced hotels in Europe that we stayed in. The included buffet breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is conveniently situated in central Bangkok, and shops, restaurants and other attractions can easily be reached either on foot or by the Skytrain. (Ratchadamri station is only a short distance from the hotel.) Our room was large, very well appointed and spotlessly clean, and a good breakfast was included in the price. The swimming pool is excellent, with a jacuzzi and many comfortable sunbeds, in both shaded and sunny positions. I would definitely stay here again.

Verything seems fine except: 1) Toiletier Ammenities - not enough tissue/toilet paper. 2) House-keeping - cleaning is not done till after 12pm (rather strange.)

Wonderful hotel, only a short walk to the skytrain - very clean, gorgeous rooms, are self contained if you wanted to cook and have washer/dryer - definately recommend and will stay there next time I'm in Bangkok.

Wow what a perfect hotel, really nice room & facilities. The pool is one of the best, i ever tried in Bkk. It probably does not have a feeling like 5-star hotel atmosphere, but it's a 5-stars service apartment. And the location is just perfect, right in the center of town and of the best area to stay in Bkk... peaceful and close to Lumpini park and BTS stations. Will definitely stay there again and again, worth your money much more that stay next door at The four seasons or Grand Hyatt which may cost 2-3 times more.

The hotel is very new, clean, specious. Facility is excellent. We love the swimming pool, spa, sonar. The restaurant is a bit small compared to the size of the hotel. Highly recommended to anyone who likes quality accommodation at affordable price.
