"The Grandeur is a brand new hotel. This means that the staff is still trying to figure stuff out and that the hotel is in the middle of a construction area. A car is required, as walking is dangerous and taxis don't come often. For a fourstar hotel I was pretty disapointed. Here are some points: - Did not allow early check-in - The gym and pool close early - In my room the TV sound did not work - The closet area has no light, whole room pretty dark - No welcome drink or complimentary water in the room - Shampoo yes, conditioner no / bath leaked - No towell hangers in bathroom Overall: The bed was really comfortable and with time this hotel will likely improve " - Lucas Rietmann

Getting there: If you are Driving from Dubai to Jebel Ali on Sheikh Zayed road take the exit for mall of the Emirates and when you land next to the mall keep driving until you see Enoc Petrol bunk. Next to the petrol pump you will see the traffic lights, take a right from there and keep driving until the first traffic light, again take a right. The second Building on your right is your destination, Grandeur Hotel.
Check-in Procedure: Check-in at 1400 hrs and checkout at 12 noon.

Bookings cancellations can be done upto 14:00 hrs on the arrival date for free of charge, If canceled later a cancellation fee equal to 1 (ONE) night accommodation cost will apply. Original Passport or Valid Dubai Issued Id's to be produced at reception desk upon check- in with the confirmation print out of the booking provided by Rates to go (compulsory).
