Child Policy:All well behaved children of any age are welcome, please be aware we have no facilities for babies. Children 5 years and under are free with prior notification otherwise a $20 charge will incur per child.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Victorian B&B. The view from the breakfast room over Dunedin Harbour was lovely. We only met one of the owners but Trish was wonderfully helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hosts were very friendly and gave us some great information on where to go and what to do when we asked. Very helpful. Room was comfortable and cosy and I wish we'd stayed longer.
I have travelled internationally and never have been made to feel more welcome than at the Grandview. The crew there are friendly and most accomodating. The facilities are first class and in easy walking distance of the town centre. This is THE place to stay if you are going to Dunedin.

The style was very old fashioned. A step back in time. The mother and son team that welcomed you was comforting.
house was very cold - will improve once owners install central heating as they have said they will do.
Although we stayed just one night, it was relaxing and we felt like it was equivalent to a weeks holiday!! It was absolutely lovely. The place is beautiful and it takes you back in time!!

The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was nice and big. We had an enjoyable stay and breakfast.
It was a great place to stay. When we went there we got an upgrade for just $ 30 and the room had a personal spa and the facility included Sauna and free internet. The room had a beautiful view and the people managing the property were great. The only thing that needs to improved is the breakfast menu. Overall a great experience and will definitely go again.
