"This was a huge disappointment. The room was the smallest one I have ever been. The bed was tiny and being 6.3 was not very good. There was hardly any room to put my suitcase. Therestroom was tiny but there was good water pressure (thank God for small miracles)
I was also upset about the pricing, the website said that this was normally a 80 pound a night, room (I got it for 40) . When I got there, there was a sign saying that the normal price was 45pounds. I really thought I was getting a good deal and what I got was a very crappy room. I decided to leave at 5 am and wait for my flight at the airport.
The location is very good, 5 minutes from Victoria. The staff is nice too. " - Anonymous
"We were not informed that we would be staying in a building site, with three heavy bags to carry up 5 flights of stairs with bags of plaster and glass learned up the walls,
I didn't realise continent breakfast was cereals and toast " - Anonymous
"In London all hotel rooms are small. This was no exception. There was about half a metre at the end of the bed and beside it, but there was a small ensuite. Breakfast was fantastic - cereal and toast (with seconds). The staff were very friendly and offered to help with my HEAVY bag (30kg) upstairs. Gave good directions to Post Office etc. Single young female travelling alone." - Anonymous
"Unless you are happy with only the very basics at a very low price, this hotel is not for you. Also, if you are big or have difficulties with stairs, don't stay here. It was cheap and relatively close to Victoria, but that ended the advantages of staying here. " - Craig A. Bailey
