"It was noisy! A kettle would be good; I think to provide basic coffee, tea, sugar and milk would be useful. The beds are very hard, as is the sofa, and the headboards are loose. I paid 9 euros for use of the tv, which seemed a lot, as in most hotels tv is free. I only got a couple of British channels, the volume was so low I couldn't hear anything. 9 euros was wasted. An upgraded tv with remote control should be offered. The apartment was very clean.Other guests were extremely noisy and there should be some rules about noise, especially late at night. The internet was down a lot of the time, if you advertise a service, it ought to be available. Cigarettes were expensive, 3.20 euros is a lot to pay. The restaurant/snackbar was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The supermarket was reached by steps, you could think about access issues for disabled people. Reception staff were very helpful. The room was very hot and there should be a fan." - Lindy Miller
