Welcome to Green Residence. The Green Residence is the advanced private guest house which can offer moderated service in a competitive price with well equipped facilities. Green Residence is suitable for travellers or businessmen who find the place provided better service in suitable price. Green Residence is situated in the heard of Seoul at Myeong-Dong. It is only place from which visitors can enjoy breath taking views of Myeong-Dong & Seoul tower both at the lounge and rooms. Our staff can speak English, Japanese, and French proficiently for our foreign customers. Provide simple breakfast with bread, coffee, jam, egg, rice, green tea.

Getting there:
Next building of Royal Hotel. From Inchecon Airport : Take Limousine Bus No 6015 and Get off at Euljiro 1-Ga Station. It takes about 70 mins from Airport. From Gimpo Airport : Take Bus 6001 and get off at City Hall Station. Pick up a taxi or get on subway line. Get off at Myeongdong station line 4 exit 8 or Eujiro 1-Ga station exit 5. It takes about 50 mins from Gimpo Airport. By Subway : Take subway line 2 and get off Eujiro 1-Ga station exit 5. Walk about 3 mins along the street. Then you will find 'Buy The Way'. Turn right there and walk until you see 'ABC Mart'. Green Residence is on the next building, 17F, Tae Heung Building. Or Take Subway line 4 and get off at Myeongdong station line 4 exit 8. Walk along the way to Myeongdong Church which is just infront of Green Residence in Tae Heung Building.

Value for money, Green Residence is a great place to stay. It is right the heart of Myeongdong - a great shopping place and near to all the great places to see in Seoul, i.e. Namsan Park, N Tower, Dongdaemun, Lotte World, the palaces and museums, catholic church. The staff speaks English and is very accommodating. There is even continental breakfast. The good thing is, when you get tired, you can always go back to the hotel to recharge since it is very accessible and near the subway stations. For value and location comparison - it is adjacent to Seoul Royal Hotel. http://www.royal.co.kr/ - but why pay more?
