Greenleigh Cooma Motel

This is an older hotel operated by genuine country folk. Not 5 star, but clean and well situated. Operators are nice people who will look after you.

For the price that we payed, we were happy with what the Motel provided. The only 2 bug bears were that there was a window which exposed the outdoor lighting all night into the room/bed. Hence a solution would be to put up some curtains or blinds and the other issue of relevance was the air conditioning. It made a lot of noise throughout the night consistently.

This is a cheap hotel so don't expect too much. The bed was OK and the sheets were clean.

An older motel (50s/60s style), but very clean and lovely hosts that run the motel. Nice cooked breakfast, clean and a quiet location. Really was a bargain stay and I'll be back when next in Cooma.

The rooms are adequately sized for singles/couples, but are a bit small if you are travelling with children.

Good location in centre of town. Extremely small room - cramped conditions. Needs updating to justify price - chipped enamel handbasin and tired wood panelling. Would not recommend to family/friends.

I compared prices of a number of Motels in Cooma, as I was only staying one night, all I really wanted was a bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, and a bed. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the rates of the Greenleigh Cooma Motel in comparison to others. The room that I booked was exactly what I wanted at a VERY REASONABLE price. THANKYOU!!

Although the room was very small, it had everything we needed and we appreciated the cheap price. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

The place was undergoing renovations while we were there but the staff were very obliging and friendly. The location was great for what we wanted and the price was very accessible.
