Greenmount Beach Resort Coolangatta

Very good location. Park your car and everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, club and beach.

ive stayed @ this hotel since the 1970's love coolangatta...then & still do. its not the big end of town but thats its charm

We chose to stay here again for location, convenience, breakfast included and the friendly helpful service.

Limited parking available for guests, I parked in a laneway where I was told by staff only to have my car rear ended. I would not expect a large hotel to have limited parking expecially for the price. Breakfast was not served on time therefore our family missed out because we had to leave early. These were the main reason for staying at this hotel.

Great Location, Food was very fairly priced and exceptionally good. Hotel shabby but clean.

fantastic location, beachviews, walk to 4nearby surfclubs who have great food/drinks. Huge rsl club twintowns a 4min walk. Large airy room, free inhouse movies, buffet breakfast excellent value !

the resort needs an upgrade as it's looking a bit tired inside. Some of the furniture in the rooms needs replacing & the lifts were pretty dodgy as the doors only half shut. A good place for one night tho.

The room was clean and did not smell. The staff were courteous. Breakfast was excellent. The place however is a bit tired. The lift doors open slowly and squeak and grind. Outside the building the paint is peeling and there is some mildew from the damp weather. However it was half the price of the more up market accommodation. I suspect that because it is cheap, there is no money for maintenance. You can walk to the beach and there is a surf club across the road that serves a good dinner. I would stay there again.

Greenmount is an old resort, but has a great location and wonderfull staff. Breakfast was great. Doors and locks getting a bit old and sticky. otherwise a pleasant stay.

We only had a brief stay, one night for a music chow at coolangatta hotel, but we founf the resort to be good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hot buffet breakfast was great!! The interior of the place in general was pretty old and outdated but still in good condition and clean, can't go wrong for $105 a night including a hot brekky!!!! Nowhere else offers deals like that. definitely will be returning.

The hotel is basically clean and functional. It's pretty old and tatty around the edges and the furnishings and decorating are probably circa 1970. If you can look beyond this it's excellent value for money and the location is fantastic. The breakfast was not flash but there was plenty of it and was included in the price.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room whilst clean was a little tired.

Nice and quite and a pleasure......meal where wonderful and reasonably priced. Well stay there again.

Place is run down. Looks like no-one wants to spend any money on fixing it up, very ordinary. Staff are friendly. Overpriced for the state it is in.

Location & price outweigh the age of the facilities. Great for families ' anyone needing a basic hotel visit. The inclusion of breakfast is a big drawcard and should continue. Best wishes.

Very nice third stay at Greenmount. Only problem we fount this time was lack of parking.

Had to park on the street. Rooms clean, but run down. Flat pillows, no face cloth, no hairdrier, no fan in bathroom, TV reception bad. This hotel needs a makeover, rooms are tired. Great location and staff friendly. Better places to stay for your money.

Old style resort, but very clean. Really large room with good bathroom & shower. (Take hairdryer). Excellent location. Very short walk to beach, shops, & Twin Towns.
