Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments Gold Coast

Excellent location, presently undergoing maintenance on outside of building, a lot of noise. Would stay there again.

Well positioned but starting to show its age.

A well placed apt opposite beach and close to cavil ave 2min walk, Helpful reception great to park on site and not be charged. good pool, foxtel and nice big roomy with ocean views, very quite appt, very good base to visit gold coast

The location was excellent for access to the beach and the heart of surfers (shops, bars/nightclubs, restaurants). The swimming pool and sauna were excellent also.

The hotel needs some maitenance and upgrading. Our sliding door handle fell off in our hand from rust. The room had been partly rennovated but could use a bit more work. Otherwise it was great

I found the Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments to be quite satisfactory overall. I would recommend that more parking facilities be provided out the front of the establishment to allow new guests somewhere to park whilst they check in. I would also have more products guests use (e.g laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent) in reception to be provided to guests on request.

towels were dirty, carpets had sticky spills on them, front counter service attendant was rude.

We were extemely happy with the Grosvenor Beachfront Appartments!! Great appartment, fantastic service and so close to everything. Can't wait to visit the Goldcoast again and we'll definitely be staying at the Grosvenor again.

Excellent location, great rooms and very friendly staff. I'd recommend the Grosvenor to anybody wishing to stay in Surfers Paradise.

This Apartment Building was well located, with good beach views and only a two minute walk north of Cavill Mall. The building was clean, quiet, had a good level of security with friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean, spacious and had plenty of cupboard space. Great place to stay.

my family and myself had the most enjoyable stay at the Grosvenor Beachfront apartments faclities were well above standard and apartment was first class located in an ideal spot for the beach and the local amenities will definatley stay there again .

Security conscious at hotel which I value. Heated pool was great even though air temp was a little cool. Quiet hotel - guests encouraged to consider others.

The location of this apartment is very good and it has a good view of the ocean

Short distance to the major shopping complexes food outlets in Surfers Paradise. Only set-back was transportation. The bus that we booked through the reception for our return trip to the Brisbane airport did not turn up. The apartment management need to look into reliable bus services, that can spoil a family holiday if not checked. Other than that, we had a good time.

Great place to stay..very near to all the shops and restaurants in Cavill Ave area. Staff friendly and always accessible. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again. Security is good.

Although not the newest apartments on the Gold Coast we would still recommend them.

We really loved Grosvenor!! It's definitely the best we've ever stayed. Two bedroom type has spacious dining kitchen and two bathrooms. Ocean View from the balcony was really beautiful. I will be back.
