"After trying in vain to get a hotel in Tarifa over a bank holiday, we decided to go for this hotel in Algeciras, with the idea of driving to Tarifa for the day. We were very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was super and the rooms very comfortable. The location suited us as we were able to do some shopping at a nearby factory outlet and it took us around half an hour to reach Tarifa. On our first night, we ate in the hotel restaurant, which was expensive and not very good. Although the waiters were very pleasant, we were left with very poor service as the hotel had 3 other functions on that evening. The next night we stayed in the bar and had a selection of tapas which was cheaper and better! The pool was closed but the gardens are pleasant with a small childrenīs area which my three year old daughter enjoyed. We would definately consider going back for a short stay. " - Anonymous
"Personnel can manage only very basic English. Road directions were terrible (behind town Los Barrios was the only thing I could get out of a phone call). Location is not for vacationing, but for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere. Once arrived, one gets pleasantly surprised. Only road noise was a bit of problem.
Forget the expensive breakfast go to any town and enjoy churros and chocolate." - Anonymous

Our location at the southern tip of Europe also offers you an interesting mix of three cultures, the English, Spanish and Moroccan. Just a few km. From Gibraltar and the port of Algeciras, in less than an hour, you can cross the straits and visit Tangiers or the Spanish colony of Ceuta or take an unforgettable excursion to the famous "white villages".
Cities like Jerez, Marbella or Estepona are all less than an hour away.
On the other hand, in our local area, you can try out the windsurfing at Tarifa, the windsurf capital of the world, or go hiking in the nearby nature preserve, go scuba diving, sailing, horseback riding or visit the Selwoo theme park or even take an excursion to see the dolphins and whales in the straits.
