"We were very well looked after by the Supervisor Amy and the concierge staff Steve as they advised us on sightseeing, shopping and dining plus providing umbrella without us requesting for it. The hotel facilities were comfortable and deserve the 4 star rating. We were always able to get taxis promptly by the hotel staff. Guang Dong Hotel is a new hotel, built to 5-star standard. Opened in Oct. 2004. The hotel is a 26 stories building with 338 sets of room.
Is located on Yixian Road, DaBaiShu industry & trading center, it is adjacent to the prestigious universities, such as Fudan, Tongji and Shanghai international studies university.
DaBaiShu area is one of the 12 commercial zones in ShangHai,
where conveniently linked by track line 3 and inner elevated ring road. It's about 15 minutes ride to the Bund and Downtown area.
