"Staff were not helpfuland were quite rude. Often nobody understood any English and just shrugged shoulders. Dirty rooms,trays of food and cups were left dirty in rooms. No business centre, just acomputer in the corner of reception and no printer or facilities to print. No point in having a computer. No help in getting information or taxis. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Food was terrible and noone could tell me if they served vegetarian food." - Anonymous
