I was surprised the hotel restaurant did not have a menu in English. Uncontrolled smoking in no-smoking areas was also unpleasant. Otherwise everything was fine. Good chance I will stay there again, especially with the good internet access and friendly staff.

strategic location with reasonable pricing

Generally good value for money. But bedspread cover is not changed daily. Don't bother with hotel breakfast; there's nice & cheap eateries all around the hotel but must be able to speak the local language!

Overall the services are well done especially for kind ,hospitable and good english speaking assistant manager.The only problem is the reception encounters problem in tracking my room booking .

Its a great bargain for the price, location, cleanliness of the rooms/bathrooms and the service is also very good.

Shockingly for a hotel with a range of HK$250-HK400, per night. The rooms were clean, presentable, has an internet connection, cable tv, and a well appointed bathroom. It has complete bathroom amenities, like toothbrushes, shampoos, body washes, soaps, and shower caps. It is in the city centre, and supposedly near the KCR station for connection to Hong Kong. The only disappointment is the cable tv does not have any animated channels for kids. And the airconditioning was not so good. But we found out later that you could ask them to adjust the thermostat of the room.

The hotel lobby is clean & bright. The room size is acceptable for twin sharing. The bathroom is clean. It's quite a walking distance to Dongmen Shopping District. You have to use many underpass to cross to the road opposite and one long, big overhead bridge to reach Dongmen from the hotel. There is no pedestrain crossing at the traffic junction.

Excellent location. Good sized rooms with clean bathroom. Good price for this level of hotel. A short walk to the main shopping areas and a great conceige.

Overall are OK, my experience is the cleaner is not doing their job. e.g. the glass for brushing the teeth is not clean after my first day of using, until the third day when I leave hotel, it still not clean. So how many thing in the room is not clean over the days??

For the price that we paid for, we can't ask for more. It's value for money given the good and convenient location. The massage parlor at the basement is worth visiting. We paid RMB38 for 70mins foot massage in a nice cosy room for 2 with big LCD TV with remote control. Want it cheaper? (For RMB28), do it in a bigger room for 8. When we checked out, we realised that the hotel serves good Hunan food at level 2. Will try it next time.

All round fair value, well positioned near the centre of town and easy to find, nice decoration, size/quality of rooms, and staff service. On my first visit the room was older, and when I asked about Internet I was told there was none. On my second visit I specifically asked for a room with Internet, and was given a better quality room (no extra cost) with a network cable providing broadband. So remember to ask for a room with Internet when you check in. The staff was helpful with a few words of English, and the young guy spoke enough to be really helpful. Overall a nice mid-range hotel at a fair price, and I would stay there again.

this hotel is not so clean. they don't have hair blower. their receptionist doesn't even know how to speak english that's why we can't tell what we like. their restaurant looks nice but they don't have english menu, all in chinese words that's why we don't know what to order and there are no photos in their menu so that we can just point at it. but the location is definetly good coz it's just near the shopping areas. thank you
