perfect location for shopping. This is our third time to stay in this hotel. We will stay in this hotel again the next time we go to Hong Kong.

Better than a business hotel for comfort, but overall a pretty average experience. Nothing really negative to say about the hotel, but it doesn't really stand out either. Probably the best thing about the hotel is the location, which is a short 5 minute walk to the nearest MTR station. It is also near a number of bars, if you're into that sort of thing.

For the price, I think this is good value for money. The rooms are small, but the trade off is the location - close to Hong Hom Station if you need to get the train to China. I would suggest free internet connection as an improvement. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Generally, this is OK. Not great, but safe and comfortable and in a great location.

Laid back, private, and secure location......in the middle of everything....would like to see more no smoking floors.......definitely a thumbs up!

This is my second stay at the hotel mainly for its location. Close to MTR and lots of eatery around. Shopping is convenient too. Pricing is competitive as compare to nearby hotels. Will stay again when visit Hong Kong.

Second time I stayed in this hotel, and the location is still great, but I don't find it as amazing anymore. Price/quality wise, this is still a great choice to go for, and with the money you save on the hotel, you can go to some of the amazing restaurants this city has to offer. You have to chose for yourself if you want to spend the extra money to get a nice view over the harbour or if you would rather spend the money on other things such as food. Since all the other hotels in Hong Kong are a lot more expensive, it was an easy choice for me. The rooms are plain, and you don't have free internet, but for what you pay you won't be disappointed.

Generally, even if the hotel is a bit aged, my stay at the Guangdong Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable...because it coincided with the Quarterfinals of the World Cup, where the Netherlands won over Brazil. It was shown live on the hotel TV. The hotels location is really the plus factor. The airconditioning at the lobby and the room was perfect, as HKG was experienceing a "heat wave" in the days I was there (30JUN-03JUL10). Overall, I'm happy with the hotel service as well as the service of [website]. My membership with [website]is great....because it actually works seamlessly!! I intend to use their services again in my future travels.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Kowloon. Right near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Only gripe was i booked four double rooms and when we checked in they gave us four twin rooms as they had ran out of doubles. Sorted it out the next day. Apart from that good service. Decent sized rooms (for Hong Kong anyway). Clean and well serviced. Recommend to anyone who needs a good central location.

Very well located to bus, MTR and ferry terminals as well as food, shops, churches and museums. Good value for money. However, lack of easily available restrooms in lobby and restaurant/meeting room floors is an incovenience especially if you have checked out and need to use the restroom. Reception staff friendly and helpful enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and all staff were very pleasant and more than willing to help. The men at the consierge were exceptionally helpful. My only minor complaint is that the second night I stayed at the hotel my room was no. 1212 which faced Prat Avenue and found it hard to sleep as it became very noisy due to the night club across the road. Other than that it was great.

The room wasn't that big, which is normal for HK, but reasonable. The location is great, right in the middle of everything in Kowloon and the service was fair. A good place to be if you wish to be in a right place in HK. Close to subway, food street and shop. Price-Quality rate, quite good. You travel on medium budget and want good place. That hotel is fine, no problem.

Great Location! The pricing is quite good. I would stay there again when i visit HK. Hope next time they will have a weighing scale for my luggage.

good location. rooms are not great but ok. price a bit lower compared to others in TST, because there are no free coffee, no free tea, no free bottled water. hotel staff are not really rude, but are stoic and they never smile.

Internet is diffult to access and costly. Hotel needs to have a better allocated system where internet is available, free or charges, all the time. Current is in non cumulative 3 hour blocks. China and Taiwan have 24 hour access by logging on.

Hotel location in Tsim Sha Tsui was excellent, alot of eatries nearby and also near to the mtr and airport express shuttle. Room was small but comfortable and very clean. Even has a bathtub! The hotel service was great and friendly. Will recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui as it is really great value for money. Personally though might stay in Mongkok next time as it is near the main action areas.

The hotel is a great bargain for a convenient location in TST at USD422 for seven nights. The room was fine, but the hallway (7th floor) smelled of cigarette smoke. I didn't use the hotel facilities much, but they are probably fine. The main improvement the hotel needs is free in-room internet. In 2009, this seems like a standard facility to provide, and the cost to the hotel for providing it is probably very small.

Value for money for its convenient location.

The hotel is well located for tourist to get to,night club,restaurent,shopping and tarin's station.

First time to go to Hong Kong and this hotel was our choice due to the location and low price it offers. Room was a bit small but it was expected. Important thing is, it's clean. Bathroom was clean and good too. Staff was helpful enough.
