"we booked a double room with you over the internet , when we arrived at hotel we were given an twin room , the cover on the bed had holes on it , went back to reception told them was not happy with room as we had booked double room , we were passed on to someone else who said "you can t reserve rooms on the net" then we was told we would have to upgrade , eventually we were given a double room , the tv is set on loud with no remote control. don t think some of the staff are very customer friendly." - Anonymous
