H10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel Marbella

Hotel room first shown was not clean. We upgraded to a "new refurbished room". Hallways were not clean. Hotel HVAC system was not functional for the air conditioning. Hotel charged 4 euro/day for use of safe for valuables. Shower was substandard poor construction. Shower floor did not contain water within basin. Breakfast was good and provided variety of food. Hotel parking was available, convenient, but the lot was cram full every evening requiring a hunt for a place. Restaurants located nearby. The hotel operation needs serious management help to correct obvious flaws. This was our lowest rated hotel in 21 days travel in Spain.

The hotel has two bedroom wings, one of which the the bedrooms have been extensively refurbished / upgraded. This is my 4th visit to the hotel therefore I was disappointed nor to get a refurbished room. I would have though that they would allocate these to returning guests. Other than that all was great with the Hotel, hence the reason we return each year.

Second one night stay here and probably won't be the last! Great facilities at the price. My room this time was a little more old fashioned. It appears some areas have been upgraded ahead of others. Even so, the room was perfectly adequate and the enormous bed was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful again.

Lovely hotel with a very impressive reception area. Buffet breakfast and evening buffet very good value with huge choice of hot and cold food including champagne and caviar for breakfast at no extra cost!! Bedroom was cleaned every day with fresh bed linen and towels changed everyday. Bit further away from Banus than we expected but not a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I usually stay here if I am in the area. This is one of the older hotels in this part of Spain, but it has been renovated and now a very comfortable place. As far as I know, all the rooms have now been updated, and the lobby area has been given a significant makeover. The corridors don't look as well, but are fine. Great breakfast buffet, it will keep you going all day. Recommended.

Stayed in a Superior Room, very nice and clean. Spacious Hotel, easy 10 minute walk into PuertoBanus. Didn't have dinner at Hotel but breakfast was excellent, a very big selection and nicely displayed.

Great hotel as always , we have stayed here countless times over past 20 plus years.

Lobby area is very modern and exclusive but the rooms are a disaster compared with the rest of the hotel. The pool area is nice but it´s crowded, to small for such a big hotel. It´s not a hotel in my taste. I will not stay there again.

Great hotel, great location. Very good breakfast. Would definitely use again. I was only there one night so didn't make use of many facilities but what I did see and use was excellent.

Good, well situated hotel that I have used in the past and will use in the future. The hotel dates from about the late 1960s, but the lobby nad one wing has been renovated in the last year or so. Rokms have been modernised and are comfortable and clean. The coridors still look somewhat dated, despite the redecoration, but the rest of the hotel is fine. Breakfast at this hotel was always good, and has not changed -- good buffet and a couole of chefs on hand to make omlettes, smoothies, etc. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Puerto Banus, if you take the underpass from beside the casino next door.

Great hotel as a base for a group golfing holiday. Short walk to the nightlife of Puerto Banus and easy access via car to the surrounding golf courses. Pool is somewhat limited for a hotel of this size but the beacjh is not far away. No problems at all.

I don't know what i was expecting to be honest, a four star yes, entrance/foyer had a WOW! factor, gave us the wrong room to start with, (we booked a superior room), it was clean but very ordinary, plenty of storage as we had unpacked, overlooked the carpark, then we were moved to our so called superior room, it was clean, modern, miminlistic (no drawyers only a wardrobe and table, tv) - overlooked the pool, couldnt really see the difference. Shower no bath, leaked terribly into the bathroom, complained but nothing was done about it, so we let it leak, used towels everyday to mop it up. Balcony felt unsafe and not really big enough to sit out on, food was buffet style - good choice and plenty of variety, from chicken nuggets and chips to champagne and cavier. and that was just for breakfast. A very mixed clientele, I think the Casino has more pull than the facilities of the hotel. I would only stay there again if it was a girls/boys weekend, not for 7-14 days.

Lifts were a bit far from our room. Hotel doesnt look as nice from the outside but you get a lovely surprise inside. Gorgeous hotel and our room was fab. A bit dissapointed with the inside pool and jacuzzi, it was full of kids. Room had double glazed windows and you could hear no noise from the main road. Would definately stay again!

Service note:The service in the F&B areas (pool restaurant, breakfast)was average but the frontoffice, pianobar, etc. was very good which makes the over all service rating, "good". I can recommend this hotel and will most probably stay here during my next visit :)

A lively hotel more suited to younger folks than families, can get noisy in the night when late night revellers return due to the long corridors and strong door springs on the bedroom doors. Fantastic buffet breakfast included in the price - if you make it! Good access to Puerto Banus and fantastic Casino as part of the complex.

The hotel reception & bar area are stunning. The bedroom was tiny & dark Pool area was cramped, too many sun loungers Not the best location and the shop in the hotel was not always open

Directions to the hotel are very poor. After trying to locate it for over an hour, a garage attendant advised us to follow directions to the Casino - the hotel was just on the other side of it! Patiodoor style doors to the balcony cannot be opened from outside so make sure one of you stays inside to let the other one back in!

fourth year staying here and noticed great improvements in attitude of staff,service & quality of food. reception refurb is very good and long overdue

Very imprerssed with the new decor and thought it was very very clean and friendly.

Had a very pleasant stay at your hotel in marbella. Staff were very friendly and would possibly return if i returned for another holiday. Thank you.
