Child Policy:Special children's buffet. Children's swimming pool, playground and Daisy miniclub. Families can be accommodated in Junior Suites and some twin rooms are interconnecting, both are on a request basis.
Suggest to update TV and add CNN, CNBC and maybe Bloomberg - and maybe also possible to extend WiFi coverage to the rooms
Stayed in a lot of hotels,and found the staff here some of the best we ever met,and a grest location,away from all the croowd,but only a 10 min. walk to find them.
A few facilities like indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna were at extra cost, which i expected to be included in the price as most similar level hotels have. Otherwise it was very good looking and clean, and the staff was allways polite & friendly.
Got woken up every morning by the mates ignoring the sign left on the door. Food was terrible, no service around the pool and staff constantly arguing at the pool bar front of customers. Bedroom was underground and no view, even if they advertise every room as a view, apart if you consider bushes to be a view
I have spent the last 10 days of 2007 in H10 Plaja Meloneras with my girl friend. We found the general facilities very attractive (gym, pool, almost free internet, restaurants). We did not like so much the big dimensions of the Hotel itself. It was quite a long walk from our room (124) to the main entrance or the restaurants and having so many guests we think the staff should be increased in number. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
The cleanliness of the general areas and grounds was very good as was the bathroom but the cleaning of the room was lax; especially the floor and dusting of the furniture. The included breakfast was very good and with a very large selection of foods to eat. Pricing was high for the quality of the room but the grounds of the hotel were beautiful.
Good hotel needs more staff.Only one Bell Boy serving the whole hotel. Staff are friendly. Bars are great. Very clean. Good place to rest peace and quite.
Christmas Day dinner and New Year's Eve dinner prices were exhorbitant for a buffet.
Nicely situated facing the sea (southwest). Walking distance (20 min) to the large (5 km) Maspalomas natural sand dune beach. Water clear, Warm. Quiet surroundings. Nice evening programs. Ordinary buffet dinner (included) or gourmet restaurant at will. The Meloneras sand beach beneath the hotel (50 m) cannot be used for swimming because of a stony waterline. Shuttlebus is offered by the hotel. I can recommend the hotel for children and elderly people.
