H10 Raco Del Pi Hotel Barcelona

Wonderful week-long stay in Barcelona - chose this hotel for its in-the-middle-of-everything location and price- what a great value! Only issue - two single beds pushed together to make a "king" - sometimes the beds slid apart. Other than that, this was a very clean, well staffed, and overall great hotel. Would certainly return again.

The staff was knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and we had a beautiful room, with 2 little balconies. We could see Santa Maria del Pi from one of the balconies. The room was compact but well laid out. The bathroom was clean and nice with a deep tub. The breakfast was presented in a compact space but had everything we could possibly want. The WiFi worked great. The location is perfect close to everything.

This hotel was fantastic! We arrived early, way before regular check in and they were happy to get us into our room. We were greeted with a very friendly and accomodating staff along with a delightful glass of cava! We spoke little spanish and they were fluent in English and were able to help us with any questions. There was a bowl of fruit and mixed nuts greeting us everyday after a long day of sight seeing. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. There was a computer with internet access off the lobby which allowed us to contact our friends and family to let them know we were okay. The bathroom was very clean and cozy. The location of the hotel was PERFECT!!! We were a couple minutes walk from La Rambla, and situated on a delightful street with shops and pastry stores right next door. We never experienced any noise when trying to sleep despite how the town is always bustling. We always felt safe and comfortable, and were happy to come back after a long day of site seeing. I would definitely stay again if we were ever fortunate enough to return to Barcelona.

Perfect location: central but quiet rooms. Our room had wooden floors, very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked small extras: Glass of cava upon arrival and free use of computer & printer (e.g. for printing boarding passes).

Excellent choice, complimentary glass(es!) of champagne in the lobby just topped it off. Ideal location, easy to wander evrywhere in the area.

The breakfast was fabulous, the best we´ve found in Sapin, and the breakfast staf was a dream, nice, fun, incredibly helpful. Yaneka at the front desk was a delight as well. This hotel takes the gold medal of our entire trip to Spain.

It's a very nice hotel with good rooms and facilities. Its in the centre of the Barrio Gothic. WHich is both good and bad, its very central but also VERY turistic. I did like the welcome-cava they offered and the staff was very helpful with any needs we had. Would consider staying there again.

Very pleasant staff and facilities and superb breakfasts and included afternoon refreshments. Even champagne on arrival. Slightly disappointed that this very old building has been so completely renovated that it looks totally modern and lacking in special charracter.

The rooms in this hotel are small but clean, and as we spent little time in them, it wasn't a big issue for us. The location is perfect...within walking distance to just about everything, and the staff, especially the reception staff, couldn't have been more helpful. The buffet breakfast was included and was excellent -- a nice start to our day. The free internet and complimentary glass of cava upon arrival were lovely touches. We arrived during one of Barcelona's fiestas, so the taxi was unable to come down the side streets to leave us at our hotel and we had to walk for a few streets with our luggage. Also, due to the thousands of people in the streets, the noise level was very high outside our window...even until close to 4 a.m...though to be honest, we had no problem with noise the rest of our stay. My husband and I would definitely recommend H10 Raco Del Pi Hotel Barcelona, and would stay there again if we ever get back to beautiful Barcelona.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, is a great location for everything in the gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Great friendly service and a clean hotel, would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a very quiet place but has a perfect central location for Brcellona. We enjoyed a very good time there! The room was very clean and in good conditions, the personal was friendly. I would surely recommend it!

I was very disapointed with the room. I specifically wanted to stay at this hotel because 3 years ago when i was in Barcelona i went to see the hotel and was shown a lovely room so was really excited and looking forward to staying there. However, although i booked a single room i did not expect to pay £100 for a room the size of a box with a very narrow bed (usually you are given a double bed even for a single room), there was no shelf space to stand anything anywhere and there was only a shower and no bath. The air conditioning did not work effectively and the shower water kept going from hot to cold every few minutes and the shower head kept flying out of the hook and spraying the ceiling!! I was equally inconvenienced by the fact that when i turned up at midday having had a very early flight and no time to shower, i was told i had to wait until 2pm to get into my room because it was being cleaned!!!

Centrally located in the Gothic region within easy walking distance of shopping, eating, drinking and sightseeing, the hotel is small, quiet, and well situated. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable and have all the conveniences needed for a city break. Breakfast buffet is great - especially the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and proper coffee!

A wonderful location and a lovely hotel. Our thanks goes to the pleasant people at the front desk who were kind enough to suggest restaurants and answered our many questions. The only suggestion I have is to open the door to the patio upstairs so one does not have to walk up and down the spiral staircase while attempting to balance wine/drinks. Thank you for everything.
