"The room doesn't have a bath tub, so it was inconvenient for us as we have a small toddler. Only chinese restaurant was opened while we stayed, and provided poor service. I don't think we will use this hotel again. " - Anonymous

"Great location, overall very good value. Has all the room amenities of a 5-star but less of the glitz and glamor and breakfast is Chinese-style only (the token croissants were a bit stale). I enjoyed the quiet, cozy rooms and wonderful location overlooking the lake, with most of the lake-side sights within walking distance. The Hangzhou Huagang HNA Resort is situated at the Yang Gong causeway in new views of west lake, which is adjacent to Viewing Fish at flower harbor, and only one step remote to "Sunset glow at Leifeng pagoda ", " Dream of the tiger spring" and other famous views of west lake. The hotel has each kind of guests room in total 223, two restaurants and 7 dinning rooms in different sizes. may hold 600 people. The hotel provides 11 well-equipped conference rooms for academic exchange, high level discussion ,forum, the news press, the product demonstration and other international conference. It costs 5 minutes to downtown , 10 minutes to train station, and 40 minutes to the airport. The well-equipped recreational facilities, convenient traffic, which is the ideal place for business ,conference or recreation .
