Ha An Hotel Hoi An

Brilliant staff, fab facilities in the room. Free bike hire great. Location really good for everything. Couldn't fault it.

We had an enjoyable few days here with lovely big rooms and great location. The free bikes made popping in and out to the tailors very easy! The weather was distinctly inclement and the hotel a wonderful oasis to retreat to.

A nice little hotel situated on the edge of the Old Town. Smallish but nice rooms. Close to good eateries. Careful of the tailors close by, better in the town proper. The cooking class at Dao Tieng a few doors away is well worth the cost. Don't get caught by the taxi driver luckily picking up a friend on the way from the airport, it's a scam for the tailors.

Great little hotel right in the centre of the town in walking distnce to everything but the beach. The spring rolls are good to.

This hotel represents amazing value for money. The level of service was outstanding, the room was exceptionally well presented and maintained on a daily basis. The breakfast choice was fantastic and also well presented. The staff were all very smart, friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ha An Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

An exdpensive hotel but very well appointed. An oasis of calm after the constant hassling in the streets. We would recommend as a treat and a rest, but there are plenty of more basic hotels at more competitive prices. Do not book taxi or tours here - much better prices at nearby travel agents.

From readeing th ereviews I expected this hotel to be very good. I have to say in every department they exceeded my expectations. I stopped short of telling the manager she needs to charge more!!! Quite simply the best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in. I struggle to criticise, however the one thing i could think off is that there is no pool.

This is a lovely hotel, close to the centre of town. The rooms are charming - our welcome included a drink and rose petals arranged on the bed & in the bathroom. The breakfast was the best we've ever had in Asia with a particuarly impressive & large selection of tropical fruit, excellent breads & patisserie & eggs to order. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, great value for the price.

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An. Lots of nice touches, friendly staff. My only real complaint is that they tried to apply a surcharge of 3% for payment by credit card. This is common in Vietnam, but should not be tolerated.

This is a magical place, with a very fine level of serivce for a realtively small hotel. The restaurant is great and the rooms are beautifully designed. The location, ont he edge of the old town, is ideal.

Great service, nice welcome drinks with short intro conversation re:town info, maps etc. Bikes for riding around town, worked great, easy to ride.

very nice hotel in typical local buildings with very good and modern facilities (DVD/Dolby Surround in room). The value form price is great.

We had a warm welcome,by arriving from morning train from Danang.They offered us a free breakfast. The room was decorated with flowers and the staff was verry helpfull to do everything.Till now this was the best accomodation off our roundtrip.We will recommended.

We found the staff to be excellent at the Ha An. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was great in the centre of the old town. Our only issue was that the room was a bit cold but it was unusually cold when we visited Hanoi(end of January). I don't think that this would be a problem at any other time of the year. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyonw staying in HoiAn and looking for a peaceful haven after a day around the city.Restaurant is really good too, generous breakfast and delicious HoiAnese specialities.

This hotel is absolutely delightful. Hoi An is a fantastic village and the Ha An hotel is right in the centre. The rooms are simple but extremely comfortable and have air conditioning. Staff are extremely helpful. The on site restaurant serves excellent food. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This was A TREASURE of a place. Everyhing about it was charming - the service, the location, the design and detail - obviously run by people who value style. We ate there often as the cook is very good. Can't think of a single feature that wasn't god and recommend it highly Yolette

Ha An Hotel is really delicious, everything is so beautiful: the building, the rooms, the furniture, the breakfast buffet. they take incredible care of details, including wonderful fresh flower decorations in the room. I strongly recommend this hotel.
