"Immaculate hotel with luxurious facilities. Friendly and personal service. Excellent food. Location a bit out of the way and signposting could be better. Call for directions before arriving." - Anonymous
"This hotel was a wonderful find! It was originally built to stable horses for the Roman fortress in nearby Carmona. More recently it was used as an olive pressing facility. It is still fairly new in its latest incarnation and the owners are still working on the grounds, but it is a fabulous place to stay. The decor is very high end and a lot of attention has been paid to details. Its only drawback is that it is 35 km out of Seville which means either an expensive taxi ride or catching the bus to get to and from Seville." - Lorna Mikkelson
"This hotel is absolutely unique. Steeped in history, it makes an impressive business venue and equally a lovers retreat. Very quietly located, it's not for those who want to be in the heart of things but those who are tired of chain hotels and want to soak up a piece of Andalucian history. Take time to visit the private chapel located in the courtyard of the hotel and reflect. Highly recommended." - andrew Parker
"Breakfast was a little disappointing with little variation.
Staff welcoming and friendly" - Anonymous
