Hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city and is close to major shopping malls, eateries and night spots that pose little difficulty in accessing them. Hotel facilities are adequate but the front reception can be further improved as it is quite hidden out of sight and the decor doesn't bode well to be a front reception counter as well but generally , the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and the beds, soft and springy. Another area that could be further improved is equipping all rooms with safe deposit boxes instead of providing it upon request. Overall, this hotel is good value for money and I would find it suitable to recommend it for leisure travellers as well as business travellers.

Hotel is run-down and old. Corridors along rooms were smoky. But smack right in the city/shopping district makes up for it. Reception insisted that i do not have a reservation when i have the confirmation to show for. Travellers to this hotel MUST have a good grasp of the chinese language. Overall, the hotel is nothing to shout about. 2 stars.
