Hamilton Hotel Seoul

Great hotel! Close to everything. Limo bus to and from the airport stops in front of the hotel. A nice bakery and KFC located on the street in front of the hotel.

Poor staff attention and English skills. No concierge. Door staff were not around much of the time. Lots of shouting Koreans in the hall. No iron in the room, but a dirty one was delivered that stained my shirt. Overpriced for what you get, but if Eastern Block communist era inspired decor appeals, this could be the place for you.

Everything was really good about this hotel. The only thing is, if you expect to use the outdoor pool (it has its own bar, which I found to be awesome) it gets crowded during the dog days of summer (and they also charge a hefty admission for nonguests and a towel rental fee)

The hotel is very close to the station which is really convenient. The facilities that provided is not so good compared with the price that is set. Australia

Take the CityAirport bus to the hotel (13000W). The bus stop is across the street from the front of the hotel. A taxi costs around 13000 plus toll, is you are lucky. The KE bus costs the same but drops you off at the Hyatt up a steep hill. Breakfast costs $15 and will fill you for the day. We stayed 3 to a room in separate beds and had enough space.

A very convenient location. However, staff were not particularly friendly and the swimming pool is available for the public to use making it very crowded and noisy. House guests are required to pay to use the pool.

Great Location and great sized room. Small, none connected elevators. Other than that no complaints!

Very convenient as a stone throw from Itaewon Subway Station. The reception staffs are polite and helpful.

Cleanliness could be improved in the rooms . Staff could be more polite . The waiter refused to help me with my luggage, as I had to cross the street (shuttle bus just in front of the hotel). He was not busy at this time , it was early in the morning (5.30AM) and he just did not want to help me.

Unable to adjust temperature. Room too cold for comfort.

I stayed at the Capitol...wish I had known about the Hamilton. In a word, Location-Location-Location. The service was great! I payed a little about 30-40 dollars more than if I stayed on post, but it was well worth it.

poor room facilities..no tea/coffee making facilities..no urn..bathroom only has towels & soap but nothing else.....no safe in room..... should only be rated as 2 stars

Excellent location.

Limousine bus direct from airport drops traellers at the door. Return bus stops across the road; tickets available at hotel. Staff speak sufficient English to be able to deal with queries and requests, which they do willingly and courteously. We expected the hotel to be noisy, but found the street noise to be within acceptable limits. Local shopping good. Access to subway just outside the hotel.

On bus service from airport, close to underground, great local area

I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Access to the subway is there. That's all you need to move around Seoul.

The Hamilton Hotel is located in an "Ideal" spot, where from the hotel one can find eating, dinning places and an array of shopping areas, all within short walking distance from the hotel.

Service at Hamilton Hotel was stellar. The staff could effectively communicate in English. The establishment was very clean and the location was excellent. Shopping and transit are both at your front door. I would definitely stay again.

This is the ideal hotel for shopping sprees in Itaewon, Seoul, Korea. You are steps away from all the shops. You can deposit your shopping deals in your room and be back out in the street in minutes. Western breakfast buffet is excellent and reasonable. New Chinese restaurant in Hotel is delicious and service their is excellent.
