Getting there:From Amsterdam/Drachten (A7) - West - Go straight ahead at junction Julianaplein (end A7) to the centre of Groningen - Take the first exit to the centre - Turn left at the traffic lights to centre Hereweg - Turn right at the first traffic lights after the railway bridge - Turn left at the first crossing, across the bridge to the Casino - Turn right at the first street (Radesingel) and you have arrived at Hampshire Hotel - Groningen (left-hand side) From Zwolle/Assen (A28) - South - Go straight ahead at junction Julianaplein (end A28) to the centre of Groningen - Turn right at the next traffic lights to NS-station/Casino - Go straight ahead past the NS-station - Turn left at the second crossing, across the bridge to the Casino - Turn right at the first street (Radesingel) and you have arrived at Hampshire Hotel - Groningen (left-hand side)

We recently stayed here for the Dutch TT at Assen, although it's a 15min train out of town the links and location are great. Hotel is a bit hard to find but for the price and the fact we went for the racing it was ideal. We would go back again.
good location , nice staffs , . . . but no air condition , no bike to rent.
A very simple room, no bath, no others extra's and because of that fairly high priced. A beautiful view of a part of the city.
Located at the edge of the city centre - good value for money and clean. Room is spacious and service is excellent. Recommended.
