Getting there:90 Minutes by road from Christchurch City and Airport. Shuttle transport leaves from Cathedral Square downtown Christchurch. Drive up Amuri Avenue and turn left into Jacks Pass Road.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is from 2pm onwards. On occasion it is possible to check-in early. Please enquire.
Car parking:Plenty of car parking onsite with disabled parks outside two special disabled units.

This was a comfortable, spacious motel at a good price and ideally located in Hanmer. We appreciated the fact the website provided for "twin" bookings, which many don't.
Close to the centre and local attractions Helpful and friendly staff.
Spacious units with 1x Queen bed, Cooking facilities television, dining table and chairs. .
Fully self contained unit with livingroom, kitchen, separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. In the livingroom there is either a fold down futon bed or a pullout sofabed. Most our one bedroom unit have superking beds which can be split to 2 x single beds (please request). Our upstairs rooms have beautiful mountain views (these are subject to availbility) Central position in the village, convenient for Thermal pools.
Hotel was in good prximity to hot pools. Good view of mountains. Bed very comfortable. Need to eat out for breakfast and dinner but no problem. Very short walk to good restaraunts
Very tidy and well presented room. Quite small, but served its purpose. Very close to the thermal pools. Staff were very helpful.
it was very thoughtful that they supplied a second mattress for the sofa bed, they were the only motel for our whole stay that did that. sofa beds can be very uncomfortable with a bar under your back. thank you
Excellent loaction 100 m from the thermal spring pools - however, the service could be better and the rest of the hotel was an average motel
Found this place to be quiet and within walking distance of every cafe you would need including hot pools with restaurant

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to all amentities, so walking was an option.
A good hotel in a great location within Hanmer Springs. Very clean and had all the conveniences required. Internet provided at reception is very archaic...don't bother trying to connect to anything here! The service at reception wasn't overly friendly and they did neglect in providing the little extra personal touches. Perfectly OK place to stay at though!
For a 4 star property it was very dated. The Heritage around the corner was listed also as 4 star and I think this would have been a better option. Heating did not work and crockery mis matched. Clean apartments but very old furniture. Not my idea of a 4 star.
A great property with close proximity to the Hanmer Springs. Have a car free day and walk all around Hanmer Village. Super restaurants adjacent. Lovely hosts and the rooms are more like self contained apartments. Accom is either up or down stairs, and all rooms have full cooking facilities including microwave and all crockery/utensils. A great place for a one night or a week stay. Quiet and relaxing. Worth a return visit. Internet facilities in reception and tour desk.
Smelled fresh and clean. Fairly quiet even though it's close to the centre.
