"This hotel was great, its staffs were friendly and the room was clean but it was a little bit small size! we booked an overnight trip to ha long bay with the hotel which may have cost more but it was on the day we checked out... we were allowed to leave our luggage until we returned and also we were allowed a room to take shower before we left. the after care here was amazing and definitely the best place in Hanoi from hearing other reports!" - Joachim Manteem
