Hanoi Charming Hotel

Lin at reception was so helpful with everything we needed.her English is very good and we would stay there again .

Travelled as a lone female, the staff spoke very good English, helped me organise tours and train tickets - most helpful! Would definately stay again.

For just over $20 you cannot go wrong with this small hotel. Our room had no window but that wasn't a problem. I've seen $150 rooms in Hanoi with no window. It's in a quiet location for traffic noise but other guests are noisy! No hesitation to reccommend this hotel

Ok place and is cheap. But right now theres construction next door. Starts at 7am and is loud really loud reverbrating through entire hotel. Booked 3 nights left at 9am after one night.

The staff were really great and the trip to Halong bay we booked thro' them was terrific. Gave us great service

I have stayed in a number of hotels in this price range around the old quarter in Hanoi and Hanoi Charming Hotel really is charming. The staff are just fantastic and so very charming to deal with. The location is quiet at night and the cleanliness is good. Other hotels in this price range are dirty , noisy and run down. The women on reception is an angel and I would recommend this Hotel with no hesitation. I suggest you stay in the rooms with windows onto the street as 28$USD is well worth the couple of extra dollars for the upgrade.

Extreme good value.

In general, the hotel is good especailly for pricing. It is new as it has just been open for a month, but not professional enough during check-in and check-out process. They prefer us to pay by cash, but they do not have enough money for change. So, we are obligated to give a big tip without any choices, please be ready for that.

If you like roses welcomes you at your room, you should stay here. If you like friendly staff welcomes you, you should stay here. If you want to stay for only one night, you should stay longer

Great hotel, good location, very clean and deluxe - even rose petals on the bed! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were exceptional, they are very clean and the hotel team were very helpful. Ngo Tat Dat was a standout tea member for the hotel, going ver and beyond. A very neat, clean hotel with a sparkling bathroom and great staff!! wouldn't hesitate to recommend when in Ha Noi. Needs more variety in prvided tours to Ha Long bay and local transportation knowledge but other than that, great!
