The best hotel I had stay ,Just the most wonderful hotel you could wish for. The staff are charming and could not be more helpful, A spotless and well-appointed room and quiet too. Lovely breakfast and made as you wanted it,they have free coffee , tea , fruit for any time service . Staff took care of every question for exam: hanlong bay tour, sapa tour,hanoi city tour ... booked events for us etc without ever being pushy. A very reasonable price too and terrific location.( HOTEL IN SITE OLD QUATER)I would happily return in a heartbeat! An absolute gem!,I RECOMMEND FOR EVERY TOURIST COME HERE WITH 2 STAR HOTEL BUT 5 STAR SERVICE.
