Airport Noi Bai Airport: 40 km - 40 minutes by taxi or minibus -Bus Gia Lam Bus Station(for Halong, Hai Phong, Lang Son): 4 km - 15 minutes by taxi or xe om (rented motorbike with driver) -Train Hanoi Railway Station (for Sapa, Hue, Saigon): 800m-7 minutes by taxi or xe om. Transfer can be arranged with hotel at US$ 17 for 4 seater car, US$ 19 for 7 seater car and US$ 20 for a minibus.

Upon arrival we were redirected to another hotel in a nearby street. I had ordered a triple room but only got a double room with an extra bed. As I didn;t need the extra bed the manager let us 2 dollars off per night. Rooms clean but no exterior window. Only window opened to the reception office below. Breakfast ok and free internet access available in restaurant area. Ok for a night or two if its only for sleeping but would not recommend for a longer stay.
