Hanoi Imperial Hotel

We spent a week at Hanoi Imperial Hotel during Xmas holiday. The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi, you can have all things just in door steps. Our room was nice, clean, spacious, good city view and it valued for the price. the most outstanding was the hotel service: the staffs who always tried all their best to serving customers: friendly, charming, cheering every moment. They even took place the X'mas party for all in house guests: red wine, food, beer... all excellent. Every guests got a lovely X'mas gift after the party where else in around the world you can get such service. We really much appreciated all things what Hanoi Imperial Hotel did for us. And we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks again for all!!

I have stayed in some Hanoi hotels but the Hanoi Imperial Hotel is the best. I am the businessman and I have been in Hanoi for a long time. I was recommended the hotel by a friend and I decided to choose the Hanoi Imperial Hotel is my full house in Hanoi. The room is the biggest and the most comfortable I have ever stayed, They offer VIP treatments since I am a long-term guest: free 2 ways of airport transfers, minibar, discount laundry fee, massage services... the room rate is also reasonable and value to stay. I find the services heres are perfect: clean and nice room, helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent massage services... The hotel also offer the great convenience to all the attractive destinations of the city. Ingeneral, I satisfy with the hotel and enjoy my stay here.

I and my husband spent 3 nights in Hanoi Imperial Hotel from 2nd Dec to 5th Dec, 2011. We have just got married and wish to enjoy the honeymoon holidays in Vietnam. The Hanoi Imperial Hotel is truly an ideal hotel to stay and I would like to thank all the hotel staff for making our holidays meaningful. We have booked a Deluxe room but they were so kind to free upgrade us to the VIP room with free of charge. The room is really nice with 2 big windows and 1 balcony on the 7th floor. They also set up candles, red wine and roses in the room to surprise us. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay with a great volumn. In general, the hotel room is great, clean and large, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, location is convenient. Highly recommend the Hanoi Imperial Hotel for travelers who are looking a great three star hotel in Hanoi.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were exceptional,especially the lovely Tho. In our opinion the location is perfect,it is in the Old Quarter of Hanoi just 2 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake.If we are fortunate enough to visit Hanoi again,we would most definitely stay at the Imperial.

Just Exceptional service: Very spacious room, nice view, fresh air with opening window,comfy bed,... staff-friendly, helpful,...Buffet breakfast could not complain: good feed, good coffee, nice city view from restaurant.... the best hotels in Hanoi, cheer!!

Our family spent 3 nights in the Hanoi Imperial Hotel from 4th Nov to 7th Nov, 2011 and we were totally satisfied with the excellent services here. At the begining when we entered the hotel, we were very surprised at the very large and luxurious lobby, it looks like a 4 star hotel. Check in quickly and get in to a hug family room (the best comfortable room we have ever stayed in Hanoi).We cannot imagine that in the small and busy Hanoi old quarter, there is a hotel with a such huge room and big windows like that. The beds in the room are extremely comfy. The room is simple in decor but really comfortable.The breakfast was served on the top floor with variety of food and good quality. The hotel staff are always helpful and friendly. Moreover, the massage services in the hotel are excellent with reasonable price. The location is also the advantage, next to Hoan Kiem Lake, coffee shop, nice restaurants and attractive tourist destinations. Strongly recommend this lovely hotel to all.

Hanoi Imperial Hotel is located in the right heart Hanoi Old quater. Hoan Kiem lake just your door steps, shopping, drinking, sigh seeing all around. We got a Deluxe room with nice cityview and comfy bed. The service with smile: warmly welcome, cheerful, exceptional helpful were the best impress thing. We sure this is the best hotels in Hanoi. Cheer!!!

We were very enjoyed at Hanoi Imperial Hotel. We had a great time in thier Family Room (6003)- a very spacious room with a city view windows, comfy beds, super clean... the hotel staff were exceptinal helpful with showed the direction, reserved restaurances, taxis... they also a travel agent who recomended the perfect tours Halong bay, Sapa... for us. In addtion, the hotel was well located, good breakfast,... and so on. We are sure to recomend the Imperial Hotel to all my friends and all fellow travelers.

we stayed at Hanoi Imperial Hotel few days in the Sepember. The hotel location was so great: walking street, Hoan Kiem lake, shopping,... hotel's room spacious and comfy bed. The best thing was hotel service: All staff were very cheerful, charming, helpful.. alway took care us and tried all their best to serve us. Thanks to all your kind, we are sure to back Hanoi and recommend to our friends! cheer!!

As there aren't any chain hotels or sky-rise hotel in the old city/kiem lake district this one is about as good as you get. They arranged two tours for us that were about what you would expect from a 3-4 star hotel. Unfortunately there is no getting around being harrassed and haggled many times on whatever you do around the city, but as far as quality for the price went Imperial was pretty decent. You certainly can't beat the location. Breakfast was about 3 star hot buffet. English at the desk was marginal depending on who you talked to. The tour desk's english was acceptable.

we just spent few days at Hanoi Imperial Hotel. We got a very nice family room (3003) big windows, good amenities, spacious room. We were arranged pick up via hotel-perfectly. We also booked Halong bay Emotion tour with hotel staff: good price and wonderful trip. The hotel staff are very friendly, coutinous and charming... My family really love the hotel and would like recommend this to all travelers

Great location near lake and old quarter with very friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms rather small and dark with inadequate hot water. Breakfast average.
