I and my friend are much appreciate while we stay at Mike. The receptionist, (Mr....) is very polite and kindly. Lastly, thanks for good breakfast and the bus to Halong Bay. We very enjoy our trip in Hanoi.
they were very helpful and accomadating. i ended up using hotel as a home base, to store extra gear while on short tours at no charge, internet free also. staff helped with bookings to halong bay. and tam cok, better tours than others i met on same tour. helped with taxi charges, a small problem in hanoi, you can be taken , i have now booked again thru [website],later
