They did the best they could with what they had available to them

My family stayed at the hotel for a week. The two rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. There were many modern facilities within the rooms e.g. flat TVs which made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel owners and their staff were very helpful and kind. They helped us book our tours and they provided useful advice. The location was ideal because it was in walking distance of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake.

We stayed 2 nights, did not think this hotel was really very good value for money. Breakfast was NOT good, skipped it the second day. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English - they tried very hard!
