It has 25 luxury and standard rooms with exquisite European decoration and architecture. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was in much better condition than I had anticipated. The breakfast was good and sumptuous, but could have been a tad better. The amenities and facilities in the room were very good.

This is a very good hotel with helpful, friendly staff who made a big difference to our stay.The breakfast set up is a little unusual and could be improved, but saying that is not saying that it is insufficient or no good; it is fine. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in any future visits to Hanoi.

A small but very pleasant and clean boutigue hotel.The rooms deco and the quality of their bedding etc are clearly 4-star standard.Located well within the Old Quarter.I have been to Vietnam many times for business and stayed mostly at 4-5 stars hotel.However the kind of service and friendliness of the staff at this hotel will put most of these higher class hotel to shame.We booked for one night but ended up staying for 2 because we love the place so much . Had wanted to stay for the 3rd night upon our return from Halong Bay but the hotel was full.However the receptionist(a young girl who speaks very fluent english)went out of her way to get us another hotel nearby after knowing that she couldn't get a room for us for the 3rd night and offered us a room at her hotel for short day use so that we can clean up before we leave for airport in the late afternoon the next day, free of charge !I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and am sure there will be no regret .

THis was the best hotel we stayed at throughout all of Vietnam - it was made by the people - nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy and politely interested/ready to give advice. Room facilities were outstanding (better than a 4 star that we stayed at in Hue). The only things that could posibly be improved were the breakfast and the pool. Apart from that - it was the best!
