Would stay here again. Fairly quiet in the hotel rooms. Close to Quarry Bay MRT station. A few eating houses close by with English menus and one hard to find top notch Indian restaurant. Pick up the hotel shuttle bus (except Sundays) at Hong Kong station where the Airport Express train terminates. Hotel staff are very helpful.
Very good value for the money but they do manipulate their rates too much .
Very close to the North Point Metro station. The hotel was clean and tidy. It has all facilities.
When we arrived at the hotel they gave us the option to upgrade which included lots of extras, very worthwhile.
This was the second time that I've stayed at the Harbour Plaza and again was happy with my stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, decor is a little dated, but still nice. Good facilities, with restaurant, bar, gym and swimming pool. A big hotel so you don't get the level of personal service you would get at a smaller hotel, but the reception and conceirge staff are very helpful and friendly. Convenient location, 1 minute walk to the Quarry Bay MTR station and a few places to eat nearby, including a Cafe De Coral and Wellcome supermarket on the way to the MTR. One stop away from the Tai Koo shopping mall and 10 minutes to Causeway Bay. Would definitely stay with them again, highly recommended.
all are very good but the only comments i have is they did not change the utilities taht being use insde the toilet once it been used, but all are excellent including the location and the price.
If you are not desperate for a convenient location this is a very nice out of the way hotel with the right facilities.Clean, ample space and quiet. Would return there again.
A quiet place and just 1 min to MTR station. Fast food restaurant and 7-eleven nearby. Swimming pool is nice and clean too. But this hotel should consider to provide free internet access.
Shuttle bus service very convenient for shoppers and those going to the Airport express station.
The housekeeping not very thorough. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Amazing hotel and location, few steps to MTR Station ( 1min). I had Harbour View room. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet connection is not free, I paid HKD 130 for 24 hours. Would recommend Harbour Plaza Hotel

The food in both of the restaurants was excellent with excellent service, especially in the Chinese formal restaurant. Drinks were a little dear but not untypical of hotel prices. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is a little away from the centre but quick and easy to get to with a free shuttle. Would recommend it to others.

As a travelling businessman the location was not great although MTR was readily accessible. price are ok. facilities are fine. Rooms were not so large. If you are interested to shop or after office hours eat out there are not to many choices outside the hotel. In fact very scarce.
Good location opposite a rail station and tram and bus stops. Easy to get to from the airport and there is a free shutle bus if required. The only negative point is that the hotel has fantastic power showers, which are great to use, but so noisy. Any one using them on any of the floors above and below the room allocated, and you can hear it. Otherwise excellent!
I enjoyed the room which was much bigger than I had expected in Hong Kong. The service was good, but the shampoo and coffee, milk, etc. weren't replaced on the second day when the room was made up. That was my only complaint. The location was good, and close to a supermarket, and the Quarry Bay MTR station and a tram stop were very close by. The harbour view was good as well and worth paying extra for.
