Harbour Plaza Resort City Hotel Hong Kong

Pretty good hotel. Price is attractive and the room is big. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. (come with a sofa bed). The only thing I found unreasonable was the shuttle bus ticket to the airport. For local people, they are charged for only HKD28 for one way while for foreigner, we need to pay HKD 90. Why there shoud be a difference!!!

Room size is bigger than your usual room in Mongkok area. Price is good, Service not too bad. the only thing bad about this place is the location. It takes about 1hr 15mins to go down to HK island and Kowloon. So if your purpose for the trip is shopping then this hotel will be a NO NO. If your purpose is to go theme parks and not constrain by time like us, I'll recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, esp if you prefer tranquil and spacious accommodations, and don't mind being far from the city. The room is spacious for the price, and the bus from the airport is cheap(13.6HKD)-both deals are a steal. The area is rich in local color, it has a park right behind it, and light rail train in front of the hotel. Good transportation hub also, as the bus terminal, light rail, and subway are conveniently located around the hotels. Food options are plenty, as it is adjacent to a mall. I'll stay here again. I just hope they'll have free wifi and better golf facilities next time.

I've stayed twice at this hotel. I favour this Hotel as I enjoy staying in this area of Hong Kong - a modern suburbia area of Hong Kong with large shopping centres, brilliantly serviced by Light Rail with many connections to the MTR system. The Hotel is good value for money, but beware, no internet in room, just WiFi in lobby.

A very good choice if you know HK and know how to get around (MTR, busses etc). Quite far from HK island (taxi at night costs ~250HKD) and Tsim Sha Tsui, but if that doesn't bother you then it's a good choice. Very quiet and nice, everything worked fine and plenty of room for the price. I'd definitely choose this hotel again. TIP: Bus E34 from airport rides right next to the hotel in Tin Shui Wai, easy to get there as it's the end of the line, and cheap as well!

This hotel is NOT downtown HK. I did a return bus trip. It takes about 80 mins one way. MTR is best option. The closest station is about a 15 min walk or HKD17.00 cab fare. I didn't mind being out of town, it gave me a chance to see a lot of HK. The Hotel is fabulous and it's locale is great with plenty of shops and restaurants. The area even has its own light rail. I would stay there again.

Hotel facilities are excellent but location is bad. We are tired of using train even though it's front of hotel. We used hotel shuttle to/from airport and to/from down town of Hong Kong. Hotel staff was not friendly.

The hotel is clean and the price is very reasonable. The only downside was that there was no prior notice in check-in counter nor announcement when the fire alarm went on, until subsequently found out that the hotel was undergoing fire drill without informing the visitors.

Facilities are a bit old, yet it is justified by its low price. The merit of this hotel is that it is near to a shopping mall for which one may dine around flexibly.

I Like the place, Clean , service of staff friendly, pricing of Hotel for that space is really value for money , though its far from town but the LR Train connects well to MTR , easy to move around from Hotel to Town. the shopping centre (Ginza) ajoinning makes it convenient to look for food too. I like the place and will certainly check in again should I visit Hong Kong

This location is good for those who need a rest in HK before continuing the journey up north to cross the border to mainland China. The hotel room is spacious compared with those of the same grade in city hotels.

The room was very spacious and view was good even though location was far from city, I like the hotel for the shutter service to airport as well as the shutter to disney at HKD35!

Was very nice hotel, would stay there again. Had thought was closer to the city though when I booked it.

We have stayed at this hotel for several times. That means we are satisfactory with them.

i like this hotel very much ,this is the reson why i return evry time ,i think that for old customer that return back the price should be the same as the internet price.

Very convenient considering where we had planned to spend most of our days at. Would have been even better if more non-smoking units had been available when we checked in.

Everything is good, but the location is quite far from the down town, even they have a bus to get to the TST, it alos take long time

Good value for the cost with all the conveniences easily accessible. Staff is quite nice and responsive. Biggest challenge is the location so far from Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong Island. However, hotel shuttle and West Rail are convenient and easy.

Very clean and pleasant hotel with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. Convenient for a visit to the Wetland Park or the Mai Po marshlands and good connections into town. Would stay here again.

Convenient hotel located in New territories but offers cheap and easy transport options to Kowloon. Reasonable size rooms big enough to fit 3 adults and quiet environment. Ask for Non smoking room because they are at higher foors and deliver beautiful view. The shopping center nearby is fun and convenient.
