Car parking:Car Parking is at a rate of $15.00 per vehicle per night. Please advise at least 1 week in advance if required as spaces are limited during weekend and peak seasons. Fully secure, undercover, and on site.
Child Policy:Superior Apartment and up to four guests in a Two Bedroom Apartment. Additional guests or children up to the maximum capacity can be accommodated in a rollaway bed for an additional $30 per person per night. Cots can be provided for $15 per infant per night.
Not a 5 star hotel but breat value for money we stayed at the back of the hotel no veiws but very little street noise or tram noise would definatly stay there again staff are great
A great location, close to everything in Melbourne. Not sure if these are serviced apartments as they didn't service the first day, but did the next. Nice, basic rooms. Good size bathroom with bath. Great view of the harbour, but found the unfortunate grinding of the tram tracks from 2-4 am a little distruptive on the last night. Would definitely recommend for location and cost!

Service was excellent. Hotel was near all places we needed to visit with trams nearby.
Great place to stay if going to footy or concerts at Etihad Stadium 10 minute walk. Unfortunately rooms over looking street noisy with the Trams. Would stay again for the great location.
The view of the concrete wall opposite my window was marvellous and the lighting was a little dingy, but it was cheap and that's all I wanted.

We rate this hotel as one of the best for sometime that my husband and I have stayed in for the price. Transport was so easy to get to and not far to walk to the city.

No delays with check-in and check-out. Reception staff very helpful and friendly with advice about public transport and location of places of interest. Hotel very close to trains and trams. Definitely stay again. Rooms without views but not necessary.
Everything was perfect except the cleanliness of the hotel. I had to request for a change of room because the first room was very dirty and dusty. The ultimate room that I stayed in was not dirty but it was quite dusty. Please check the balcony windows for extreme dustiness especially at the base of the sill and the unkempt carpetry. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location; trams to everywhere. Rooms are a little small but comfortable. Cooperative staff; site seeing tours bookings & pickups available. Highly recommended.
Felt very warm in the apartment, would have been nice to get aircon a bit colder, but it was still Ok. Not sure about in the middle of summer though.
Staff were friendly and nice; it's also located in a very handy and nice area. We were a bit disappointed about the landury service as there's no our own washing machine in room. The cleanliness of carpet could be improved.
