Hard Rock Hotel Bali

If you travel with your children, Hard Rock Hotel is the best choice.

Excellent hotel and the staff were fantastic and friendly. Drinks are really expensive and they add a service charge on every time you buy one. The only complaint we had was that the breakfasts were generally cold as the hot plate covers were left open by numerous guests. Would definitely go back to the same hotel next time though.

Good location, friendly service, rooms are clean but pricing a bit stiff for a 4 star hotel in Bali.

Great hotel, with top notch facilities. Just a tad pricey. You can get a cheaper 5 star hotel in some locations in Bali but you obviously have to pay a premium for the Hard Rock label and the great central location.

The staff in general and all persons manning the Reception Desk and the Guest Relations Desk were extermely courteous, friendly and eager to help. Myself and my wife particularly remember one Ms Maureen(hope I got the name correct) at the Guest Relations Desk in the daytime between the dates 25/6 and 29/6 who was really really helpful and friendly. We also are full of praise for the driver-cum-guide we were attached to- Mr Made Sudarshan who was the epitome of courtesy, and was very impressive with his knowledge of Bali, its history, culture and the place as a tourist location, and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Holiday was a superb experience more because of the people we came across at Hard Rock Hotel amongst its staff and its support services. Keep it up!! We look fwd to coming back soon!

Very nice hotel. Excellent pool area. Rooms are nice size and clean, but furnishing in rooms lame, plastic chairs, pole and cloth closet. Need to update rooms.

Service is friendly but often very slow, especially in the restaurants. The breakfast buffet is overcrowded and the lines are long. This is not a vegetarian=friendly place like most Hard Rocks. Hardly any vegetarian items on the menu.

Great for families who can still share a room together as they have rooms with two queen size beds. Only downside there is no balcony so when kids sleep parents have to too and room attendant was pestering for tip!

The rooms are getting a little tired for the price however it does have the best pool!

Live band and the pool was great! Great environment and location! Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Will recommend to friends

A great hotel for anyone staying in Bali. Only issues were theft (sunglasses from the pool area (may have been the staff as the towels, ashtray and empty soft drink cans went at the same time)) and that they often did not pick-up the phones for reception and customer relations (which was irritating). Other than these issues it is a great place to stay, has beautiful pools, a great restaraunt (which has great live bands of an evening) and many places to shop and have fun. The rooms are small and unexceptional and the prices (for Bali) is average bordering on expensive.

Formula-type hotel that won't appeal to all, however in terms of location and facilities in Kuta it's hard to fault. The rooms and hotel are kept very clean by a massive staff. It has an unbelievably huge swimming pool complete with beach sand and sand island, gym, spa, creche, self-service laundry, etc. The hotel is ideally located in Kuta with access on to the beach road in two places. Has a second pool with slightly cooler water which is also pleasant. Would stay here again.

Generally, the stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is rather self-contained with lots of amenities. Would wish for more varieties in the food selection, though. Security is tight, which gives comfort and reassurance to the guests. I would definitely stay at HRHB the next time I visit Bali again.

The pool is amazing, best I've seen but the room was only average, dark and the bed linen smelled a bit stale.

Fun place to stay. Excellent hotel with great facilities.
