The location is good, not too far from the touristy centre of Prague. The hotel is clean and my room was big and comfortable. Free wifi was decent. Noise from the street and other guests was a bit of a problem, but not terrible. Nice hotel.
It's like an average 3-star hotel. We have nothing to say against it. Breakfast was delicious and substantial,our room was quite comfortable, although a little bit noisy. Location is good, we didn't need to use public transport to get to know the downtown. All in all we were satisfied.
Reception persons helpful and nice. Good location, not too much traffic around, short walk to old town and only 300 m to airport minibus. Breakfast ok for 3 star hotell, quality of coffee varied quite a lot during 4 days.
You have to make a very big step when you enter the douchecabin . That could be dangerous.
More flexibility need with late check out.. need to have option that a guest in case of late check find help from the reception.
Upon arrival at this hotel, the staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. Our room was immaculate and had everything you'd need for a city break long weekend. Whilst the scrambled eggs were a little "loose" for my liking, the breakfasts were adequate and just what you needed to set you off for a day trekking around this beautiful city. Take a travel kettle if you want that much needed coffee in the morning and cuppa after a long day walking around.
Everything was OK, except for the person (man) that was on the desk the day I arrived. I was very arrogant and very unwilling to give decent information.
